Love the food but I won't buy fountain drinks they put the ice scoop on people cups they refilling ????
The food was basically good... but the orders were messed up and they had no tarter sauce. I like tarter on my fish like alot of... people and they don't tell you till they bring the food out. Tonight my husband and I stop in. We were in such amazement to see only 3 staff (young people at that)! Running the whole... restaurant alone. They were working so hard to serve all the clientele not to mention, it was overwhelmingly busy! They were alldoing multiple jobs! Savion, Jasmine, and Neviah! Three of the best hardest working young people I've seen in a long time!! Theydeserve medals for their hard work! They very personal, efficient, mannerable, and welcoming. Not to mention, I overheard theyoung man say he left his other job came there to captian d's, as second job and have to return back to captian d's in themorning. Wow!! The manager of this store should go beyond to reward these three employees if not shame on the manager, bc theseyoung people are amazing and deserve a raise!!! They did the work of 8 employees with only 3! Its hard to find good help thesedays especially young people!! All I can say to the three of them, if your manager does not recognize yall amazing hard work, I do!! Remember, hard work will never go unrewarded even if those that should really do the rewarding fail to do so! Greatnesswill always reap greatness! God bless you three keep up the amazing work!!! I enjoy the fish but the mold on the dining room ceiling tiles make me sick. It's been getting worse and worse through out the... years. Why can't you make your facility a safe place to eat? Is the leesburg health inspector blind? The people are great, foodis OK and the building is disgusting . I have an auto immune problem that prevents me from eating inside. Best damn tartersauce! I dad Dinner here on 9/13. There were 3 young ladies working around 7:00pm. One of the young ladies came from the cook area with... a glove on one hand that she never took off. I ordered a fried catfish dinner with 6 shrimp, my friend ordered fish dinner with6 shrimp and 2 sweet teas. The food wasn?t the quality of the chain, my coleslaw was warmer than room temperature and tastedbad. We picked over the food, because we have both worked in the food service industry as managers, and I was a GM. I really trynot to complain. I know how people just try to get free food. I?m asking only if you could get a good management team in yourstore, do some proper training. The store wasn?t clean. The wait time was long. You are really losing money at this point. I tried the new promotion. Spicy Fish with shrimp. If I had to pay more than $5.99 for this dish I would have taken it back.... The fish was cooked ahead of time and was soggy. The breading was the consistency of pancakes. And the shrimp was mixed , freshproperly cooked pieces , mixed with overcooked shrimp that had been sitting. I know because I'm a chef. Terrible. Starting with the girl taking the order. She was more interested in sitting with her boyfriend instead of doing her... job. She kept my change too. She had a terrible attitude and gave the impression of being inconvenienced when I told her shedidn?t finish our order before she sat with her boyfriend. We also found a hair on my plate. The food was heavily coated inbatter. Cook takes a break outside and leaves customers waiting. Customer had to tell them a gentleman?s food had been sittingon the counter getting cold. While the employee sat with her boyfriend. Both employees should be fired. Visited on 11-4-2022around noon. Stay away. Read more
