After waiting 38 minutes in the drive thru order was cold and beyond disgusting. Vegetables on the Gyros we're brown, the over... priced small brisket sandwich smelt like my dogs wet alpo, the beef and cheddars seemed ok though look warm at best but aftereating half we got sick. Used to go there frequently, hadn't been in 6 months or so.But I assure you we will never be back. They need a visit from the board of health and corporate. Read more
I went to this location I ordered the turkey bacon ranch without the bun, as I can't have it since I'm gluten intolerant the... employee Ryan didn't get the chance to say anything when I manager, I did not get her name, spoke over him saying that they cannot do that. To which I said that I have ordered it before. She said they don't have the bowls to put it in. I then said that Ihave gotten it before since the salads were taken off the menu. She asked how they did it and I said they put it in the sandwichcontainer and the sauce on the side. She said that she could do it. But this is not the first time I gave gotten this treatmentwhere a manager, I believe the same one spoke over the employee and rudely spoke to me. I literally work in customer service andthis is not how you treat your customers. I am at the point that I will never come to this location ever again all cause I wasspoken to extremely rudely. Went in for the coupon app. On Roast Beef sandwich free with buying fries and a drink with the meal. I had no problem with that... but I had roast beef sandwiches before with about 25% more meat on them than the one they served free. I had to remove the topbun to make the sandwich except able for exceptable consumption. The large curly fries were the best part of the meal. Read more
