Evan was the only one working there on the 19th of November. There was a family ahead of us. He served them and then came to us... next. Another couple walked in only to leave maybe 10 minutes later. I commend this gentleman he was working hard and was doingeverything he could between taking orders being a cook and serving the meals. Thank you Evan you did an amazing job. Read more
This Waffle House should be investigated by the Health Department. Upon arrival, the cook was out back smoking. Then as soon as... we walked into the restaurant, I had the urge to turn around and leave, but we hadn?t ate at a Waffle House in years and wantedto do so for nostalgia reasons. All the booths were dirty despite the place being totally empty. So we sat at what looked likethe least dirty counter spaces. As our food was being prepared, I looked at how disgusting the kitchen area was while listeningto the cook complain about being at work. Raw meat grease was smeared on the refrigerators. A raw piece of bacon was lying onthe floor. Old food was underneath the grill where the frying pans were stored. The high-chairs for children were disgustinglydirty. One of the best Waffle House locations in the KC area. Great service, and their cooks are the best. Everything ordered was spot... on. Smooth grits is one way to tell. During our last visit our server was Samantha, and she was amazing. Attentive, but notintrusive. The hallmark of the profession. Keep up the good work. Read more
Pleasntly surprised !!Small but first rate. We we're served breakfast in less than 5 minutes. The food was perfectly prepared... and the wait staff we're cheerful and efficient. It brought back memories as the waitresses called out the orders to the cooksand vice versa. We'll certainly be back. Read more

Absolutely awesome. Came from 5 hours away to a convention there and this place rocks! Outstanding service by our waitress... polite and on top of it.food hot and fresh and very good. Food- great. Waitress- great.. BUT- Was at a strip of 6 tables, and was at the 2nd spot. The 1st spot had a STOP-COVID sheet on... it. Another lady asks me to move to the 1st spot, so 2 people can sit together at the 5th and 6th spot so we will be 6 feetapart. I'm at an approved seat, move to a restricted seat, so two people can sit together? Read more
Staff here has changed for the worse. Came on at 2:45 am. One other customer in store. I was completely ignored. Server worked... on dishes while I sat and waited 10 minutes. I had to leave because he wouldn't take the time to serve me. Read more
