The manager upset me. I?m a rewards member and come here often and never have a problem. My interaction today just ruined it... all, I tried to order using the my mobile rewards but I wanted to add a smoothie so after it scanned it wouldn?t work. The smoothies are great and I love the natural fresh ingredients. The turkey bacon ranch is delicious too. The wraps could be... better and more options like create your own. However, my biggest thing is they?re not that friendly every time I visit and theprices are high. But overall tropical smoothie is legit. Read more

I go here every day and get the same thing. Today I had a terrible experience, my smoothie was watery after i asked them to... blend it less because i like it thick and my avocado grilled cheese had a whole in it and i looked closer because i saw baconafter i asked them for no bacon and i see a big PATCH OF HAIR , like someone shaved their beard over my food.
