If there was a way to rate no stars I would. Came into subway for a quick lunch break while shopping. My friend and I wanted to... add fresh mozzarella to our sandwich. The lady on staff noticed some mold and quietly called over the man on staff and whisperedthere was mold. He proceeded to completely ignore her and grab a slice from the bottom. When confronted he kept asking if westill wanted it and completely disregarded us when we said it was moldy. This wasn?t just a little mold, it was completelycovered. We changed our cheese choices and he kept making our food with the same gloves that he touched the mold with.Completely ruined my experience. I was unable to eat my food for fear that I would get sick from improper food handling. Notonly that but he didn?t even throw the cheese away. It was still sitting amongst all the rest of the food when we left half anhour later. So disgusting. Had my child not need to eat I would have completely walked out. Read more
Was ordering a sub at lunchtime. Gal noticed there was MOLD on the fresh mozzarella (that is an upcharge). Mentioned it to the... gentleman and they swapped places. He proceeded to MAKE MY SANDWICH WITH THE MOLDY MOZZARELLA. I said umm no, don't put that onmy sandwich. He looked at me confused and said I thought that's what you wanted. I said, pull back the plastic, that green isMOLD, NO I DO NOT WANT IT. Then continued to make others in line orders WITH THE SAME GLOVES. Oh and the moldy mozzarella? Stillin the case TO BE USED. Poorly made very sloppy two pieces of meat horrible sandwich and over priced
It was clean they made the sandwich correctly they really tried to make the sandwiches perfectly to satisfy their customers.
Place is ridiculous ???? ordered 3x a turkey slider and 3 cookies the guy behind counter could not remember the freaking order.... When he asked for 3rd time I told him to forget it. NEVER will go back into that location! Read more
My family and I were in Lee's Summit from out of town and needed a quick bite in between our sons baseball games so we stopped... here since it was the closest one. We eat subway A LOT. I order 4 sandwiches all 4 the same. A subway melt. The girl goes overto who I assume was a manager and says something to her she comes back and says they no longer carry the subway melt, after Isaid I wanted 4 of them. The other girl asked if I wanted anything on my flat bread after it was toasted with nothing on it, nomeat cheese just plain flatbread?!. Not sure what that was about she was high or something. The manager never once made eyecontact with me nor told me herself that the subway melt wasn't available. She wasn't all there either. I wouldnt even give it one star but you have to give at least one to leave a comment. This place is disgusting!! They have... cockroaches, employees dont wash their hands, the management steals the money from the donation jar and splits it with the minorworkers so they wont tell, even went as far as telling the minors it was the law the remove the bills. When corporate was toldof this, NOTHING WAS DONE!! The management belittles and berates the staff. The manager Ashley continuously soaked the minorworkers with water and made them continue working, hid their required uniform attire and then berated them for not having it ormade them play "hot&cold" to find it. The currebt manager Summer called my minir child a dog and berated her for taking initivein making sure work got done while management ran around acting juvenile. Management often leaves the store for long periods oftime while onbthe clock yet the minor workers are required to clock out to use the restroom. The current manager Summer goes toher vehicle to smoke pot and yet our children are supposed to listen to her drug indused state when she screams at them andcalls them dogs. The owner of this store is married to the corporate woman Janice so NO COMPLAINT IS EVEN DELT WITH!!! Afterbeing treated so disrespectfully for a few months my child put her notice in and was then refused her paycheck. I cofronted themanager and corporate regarding these concerns and was told not to speak to them. I even had security called on me for simplyasking for a receipt after I paid for a uniform. I was told my child is a lier that these occurances never happened but i assureyou they do and will continue to. As SUBWAY CONDONES CHILD ABUSE AND HARRASSMENT OF MINOR EMPLOYEES!! I can honestly say, this is one of the better Subway?s here in Lee?s Summit. It?s perfectly made, fresh ingredients flatbread... soft (I don?t like toasted) sweet onion teriyaki is always my go to. Ohhh, can?t forget the raspberry cheesecake cookies! Lunchwas great! Thanks Subway! Read more
