We come to this subway at least twice a month for about 3 years. Most of the employees are good except for one young person ??... in the last few months who is mildly rude to condescending if asked to repeat their question( because of the excess noise frommusic and the ice machine etc). However, that aside, today for the first time we were informed that there we no refills ondrinks because of COVID. I suppose I would be willing to chip in an extra dime or quarter for two extra cups. But to be chargedfull price for extra drinks is uncalled for. This is still the USA , not a second or third world country with a miserableeconomy. Syrup, ice and water are not that expensive. I know! We probably won?t be back because we are on a fixed income. UsingCOVID as an excuse is not legitimate.! We may check to see if this rule is resended. So sorry..... Read more
Amazing place i walked in and ordered a 6 inch sub and when i couldn't pay for it an employee named Emily Tompkins paid for it... for me. Very very friendly staff, great food, great place. Definitely my favorite subway in the country. I love it Read more
I went to this Subway a few times last year and this year and it was gross every time I went there. I was grossed out by the... dirty workers and the dirty place so I won't ever go back to it. I would rather buy my own food and make my own to go sandwichesfrom home. I gave it one star but I really wanted to give it zero. Read more
Used to be my favorite Subway. But now they've hired some kid who loves to argue with customers. Gave him a second chance today... and he proudly made my sandwich wrong, put dirty veggies on it. He laid them out on the counter ???? And as I was eatlng mysandwich, the next customer was treated poorly and said he would go to a different subway. That's my plan as well. I cant evenimagine how many customers he has run off. Its a shame I can't go back to my favorite subway. Read more
I go here because it's close to work but they take way to long to make your food. Usually have 3-4 people working but the... manager is the only one making sandwiches. The others are usually ringing up people while one watches or trying to help but istold to move out of the way. Could really use some better training. Read more
I go to this location often but the last couple times the service has just gotten awful. General manager is absolutely... disrespectful. They also have roaches I discovered at my last visit, 0/10 do not recommend. Spend your money elsewhere! Read more
