While this place seems to always be busy, they have stopped people from ordering at the kiosks in the parking lot and they've... been blocked off by traffic cones for weeks. They all seem functional, but this location won't allow for them to be used. Iasked why this morning and the answer was "short staffed." They had at least 4 workers back there and I've noted more than thata few times over the past few weeks so it's because of short staffing? I tend to doubt that. When ordering from their drive-thruthey seem to loathe giving you any amount of time to make choices and will literally cut you off mid-sentence. This location'scustomer service has gone down hill. I won't be visiting this place for quite some time. If other locations with 4-5 employeescan have their ordering kiosks running fine, so can you. Read more
The older man with white hair who works the window during morning weekdays is rude and disrespectful. He definitely should be... kept behind the scenes and not dealing with customers. Went there on Sunday the 21st and ordered from the patio. Pre-tipped on the screen. The girl that brought my order out couldn?t... have been more rude or less friendly. Literally just plopped the order on my table and walked away with an attitude. Thisspecific sonic is garbage! Read more
