We ordered 4 sandwich and 3 fries, but they only gave us 3 sandwich. Been trying to call them for an hour and half, but they're... not answering their phone. I came with one other person. There was a person in line ahead of us. My company had his made before the man in front of us so... his food sat till after nine was made. The only worker helping at the time we walked in was talking with a friend in the lobby.After all 3 persons food was made 2 more workers came to ring everyone out. Lobby dirty while this lady is still taking to herguest. Customer service is lacking but that seems to be the standard anymore. Shameful really. Ps. The manager lady with bluehair is terrible. PHENOMENAL customer service, PHENOMENAL food, OUTSTANDING cleanliness and organization. I got a rice bowl, my wife got a salad... bowl. At first I thought it was another place similar to chipotle.
