Didn?t even get a chance to eat. Arrived an hour and a half before close with my family to find a group of youngsters goofing... around with staff, was Informed they were out of bread and the girl who was explaining what all they were out of stopped midsentence to grab a phone from her friend and proceeded to take selfies with it while forgetting she was talking to me. Needlessto say we turned around and walked out, you lost our business. Check your cameras around 7:20. Read more

Sad meal. Ordered a you pick two, and the Turkey sandwich looks so small and sad! Nothing on it but Turkey and cheese and cold... bread. And the Caesar salad had lots of spoiled pieces. :( Sad, Panera, what happened to your nice meals? Read more

Now that Fall is here Panera?s Autumn Harvest soup is at the top of their Soup menu. Apparently that is the only place it is. We... have gone to this location twice, in two weeks, and Autumn Harvest soup has not been available. If they run before 2:00 PMmaybe they should be ordering more or remove it from the menu. When they wait on the person behind you in line you get 1 star. So to the young man that wouldn't wait on me even when a... coworker/manager asked him to twice? You might be in the wrong job. The soup was good and came up quickly. Kudos to the rest ofthe staff. Read more

We typically eat at panera at least once a week. This location did not meet expectations. There was not a clean table... available. They were out of bread we both ordered soup and one tasted like it was burnt and the other was barely warm. Wedon't recommend this location. Read more

I never post reviews but I really felt like I needed to this time. I ordered rapid pickup and got a text that my order was... ready. Went in and my order wasn?t on the rapid pickup shelf. There was just someone?s drink and receipt sitting there. So Igave it a few minutes (about 5) since I had literally walked in right after getting the text that my order was ready. After aguy sweeping the floor went past me and then another guy who was cleaning tables did the same (both without acknowledging me), Idecided to walk over to the main counter to ask about my order. The girl at the counter had not previously acknowledged meeither, but my order was right on the counter behind her. She handed it to me. She said that people sometimes take orders offthe rapid pickup shelf even if they don?t belong to them, so they sometimes keep orders behind the main counter. I understood; Ican definitely see people taking advantage of that. I just wished someone (anyone) would have acknowledged me so I didn?t juststand there awkwardly. Also, they forgot to put my bottled water in the bag. I had prepaid and included a tip, and I kinda wishI hadn?t tipped as much. The staff all seemed preoccupied with other things even though there couldn?t have been more than 4occupied tables in the entire restaurant. Greeting every single customer is something I had to do when I worked in a restaurant.I was told to make them feel seen and make them feel like they matter. A customer shouldn?t feel like they?re just anothernumber/order to keep the day moving. None of the staff members were rude to me, but it would have been nice to have been spokento. Or even a simple sign on the rapid pickup shelf that said ?Please go to main counter for pickups? or something, so I didn?thave to stand there waiting unnecessarily. So, not a huge deal, still 3 stars, but needs improvement for sure. Read more

Came here this morning before having to get my car serviced. The gentleman at the front that helped ring me out (I think the... manager) was the sweetest person and paid for my order. Day made! Thank you so much Richard! Great customer service! Read more

Placed an order online for a SINGLE drink AND cookie. The simplest. They marked it as on the shelf. It wasn?t. I was rushed, I... did have to come in AND still wait in line. Not only was it NOT on the shelf, but I also received the worst service when I askedabout it. They then just gave me a cup and a cookie. There were minimum of 4 people in the prep area and one of them wasdefinitely in charge. Why order online if the staff is gonna say they made it but don?t, just to inconvenience PAYINGcustomers?
