Alexus is the rudest!! If you want the line to start in a mandated place, then please place a sign and don't argue with a... customer who just wants to order. Additionally, just acknowledge a customer who has been standing there for over 5 minutes. She doesn't acknowledge me, but then instantly toss to help the guy as soon as he walks in.
