Everyone there was very friendly BUT, when I first got there, I was greeted by no one. Made eye contact with plenty of people... working but no one spoke to me. Finally I decided to approach a couple employees who were walking by me to inquire on the wait.She responded nicely, but had I not approached her, she would have walked right past me. The food was not bad, but whomeverprepped our rice for our guy to to cook, unfortunately under cooked it. Not his fault at all, but it was a bit crunchy. We had 8in our party and everyone noticed, so it wasn't just me. Before dinner was over, my daughter sent a group text stating "mid",meaning that the food was alright, but not great. Mine and my husband's seared scallops were just a bit more fishy than we wouldhave liked, but they were definitely edible. $200 for the 8 people in our party isn't bad at a hibachi grill, but unfortunatelythe food wasn't what we were hoping for. Good customer service is huge for me, (rare these days, ugh)and while I was a bitannoyed when walking in, I can honestly say that they made up for it once we were seated which TOTALLY made the meal tolerable.Rice is pretty important, at least to me it is, because it's such a large portion of your plate and it's the base of the meal.Had it been cooked properly, I would have given them 4 stars. This is a hidden gem!!!! (To me) I had so much delicious food the friendly staff! This is a very nice place for vegetarians, my... co- worker ordered up some stuff that I tried for the 1st time. The worst restaurant experience I've ever had. Don't eat here. They have a hibachi side and a sushi side. I ate on the sushi... side. It was busy and there was no one around to seat us. We were a party of two. We had to ask and they pointed to a table. Ittook 10 minutes to get a drink. It took them about 20 minutes to come back to the table. We ordered and they brought out theappetizer (spicy crab salad). We did not have utensils or appetizer plates. We sat there for another 15 minutes before theybrought them out. I had to ask twice too. ?? It was hot in there. The air conditioning did not seem to be working. After thesushi was served, no one ever came back to the table to ask if we wanted refills. They also forgot to bring me a soup I ordered.The sushi was subpar to other sushi restaurants in the area. We left over half of it. We did still tip the staff althoughservice and food was horrible. Service was OK. Not to friendly. The food was decent. Did not appear to be super fresh. Not bad, just not awesome either.

The sushi and hibachi here are pretty awesome. I recommend their fire cracker with crab (fried wonton), daikon sushi (no rice),... and kani crab salad. Their fried rice portion is big and has lots of protein. I ordered the combo and got at least 8 largeshrimps with beef, pork, and chicken.
