This McDonalds does a good job of meeting the expectations of...a mcdonalds. They don't go above and beyond with customer... service, the exterior could use a slight touch up, and the speed of the drive through is spotty at best..but again..its amcdonalds and you get what you pay for. If your looking for Great service and a chill vibe...maybe don't choose thisplace. However, if you're looking for a quick bite to get back on the road then this is perfect place. Read more
I've had enough of this location. We just went through the drive thru. Only one other person in line. We finally got our food... and it was old and cold. We made sure to check it at the window and let them know we needed new food and they brought us out thesame old and cold sandwiches. I'll be reporting this one to corporate. We said we needed fresh food. The manager needed to be onquality control for a remake. Read more
It takes forever to get something that was meant to be fast. I think all the employees should get paid to watch the movie "The... Founder" for orientation, and maybe they take more pride in the restaurant they work for. It's not nearly as fast as McDonald'sused to be, even with increasing starting wages, the quality keeps going down. Read more
I went in today and ordered my normal meager meal and received cold fries. I asked for new fries and the staff there were very... nice about making me fresh fries and even upgraded me to a medium! Great customer service. Read more
Just came home with our food. The lady in the drive through was kinda not nice. She handed me to medium ice teas. I said I... ordered large. She just gave me a dirty look and made our teas. They we sopose to be sweet teas. Got home and just took a drinkand it isunsweetened. This happensalot to us and it is frustrating. We love McDonald's fresh sweet tea. 2 weeks ago I ordered a Quade one deluxe, there was no lettuce and tomato on my sandwich. Drove back to the store, went in and... had to have them fix it 3 times before they gave me the REGULAR young toppings it was supposed to come with. Today I ordered abig Mac no onions.
