They offer a lettuce wrap sandwich that's delicious whrn the lettuce is crisp and dry. On this visit, it wasn't.
Not sure how hard it is to understand "add onions," but the three times that I have visited this Jimmy Johns and requested... onions on my sandwich they have failed to add it. I get the service industry is not a fun place to work, but when it hashappened each time I've visited this particular Jimmy Johns... Something else is going on! Also, one of the times I visitedthe employees were trading food with the freezing moo next door and made me wait for my food until they finished that eventhough I was there first. First time, and probably the last time, I ever stop at this location. Absolutely terrible service. I went in this location on... 10/7/2021 just about 1PM. When I walked in there were several people standing in there with no employees helping them. One ofthe men looked back at me and said it might be 15 min before we get helped. I joked back saying that is "Freaky Fast." Hechuckled back, but I didn't think he was being serious. I continued to stand there with the other 3 people and the employeesmaking sandwiches continued to make sandwiches and didn't even acknowledge me. Finally about 10 minutes after standing thereone of the girls looked up at me again and asked if I was there for an online order? I said no, and she said it would be atleast 20 min before they could take my order and basically said I could leave or wait at least 20 min before they would eventake my order. Read more
Ordered a gargantuan. Was given a 15 minute delivery time. I called after 30 minutes had passed and got to speak with the... general manager Lindsay. She then informed me my sandwich was actually still at the shop and hadn't even left yet. Not offeringany sort of comp for my troubles. I offered to go out of my way and drive there but told her I expected 50% off the sandwichbecause of the situation. I was denied. I would give this place another chance but I am going to need reached out to and thesituation made right. I though Jimmy johns customer service was better than this.... Read more
I used to LOVE Jimmy John's but I keep getting bread that is rock hard on the bottom. I used to believe they must have baked... their bread daily because it tasted so fresh and soft. What ever has changed at Jimmy John's with their bread, it is AWFUL! As Iwould bite my sandwich, the bread was so tough my teeth would not actually bite into it. Instead, my bite would just smash thesandwich squishing all the ingredients out of the sandwich making a horrible mess. I called the location and asked if theystill baked their bread fresh daily they said they did. When I said my sandwich today had bread that was hard on the bottom, theman apologized. That was it, no offer to correct the issue in any way. Read more
I am not that excited about their bread for their sandwiches and probably should try the wrap. The bread is not light and airy... but rather soft and doughy. I don't select a little bit more input on what vegetables I have on them and other toppings but thatdidn't seem to come up when I ordered there in the store. Read more
