Staff member seemed like he did not know what he was doing. He touched the back of his visor with the glove he made my sandwich... with. Yesterday I stopped in to get a Turkey Tom unwich. It?s my favorite. This time not at all. The sandwich was basically to the... point of not eatable. You couldn?t hold it, the mayo or something was bad. I told the girl that was making it that there was noway for me to hold that or even eat it. She seemed to not care. So I took it. I like Jimmy Johns in general. This location is terrible. Nearly every time I order delivery they call back and tell me they... don't have a driver and have to cancel the order. I then have to reorder if I want to come and pick it up. When they do have adriver or I go and pick it up they forget something or get something wrong 90% of the time. Read more
Zero stars should be an option. What happened to freaky fast? Once again I have been waiting over an hour for my delivery.... Called the store and they said it could be 30 mins or more still! This isn?t the first time lately this has happened but it willbe the last time I order. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. Unfortunately this isn't the first time we've waited for over an hour for food. It will... however be the last. Once we finally received our order I was handed an expired coupon for a free sandwich. EXPIRED coupon,wow! We opened our unwhiches to find one of them was the smallest thing I've ever seen, was missing the tomatoes and thecucumbers. I literally got some chicken, parmesan cheese and dressing. I decided to call the store and that's where things wentreal bad. I was told (rudely) "we are short staffed and we don't have time to make sure all the orders are totally correct" thenas I tried to speak while still in utter disbelief, I realized the other end of the line was silent. I rarely give poor reviews, but felt the need to notify anyone who is on a 30 min lunch schedule a fair warning. I placed my... order at 11:42am for one large sandwich. Didnt receive sandwich until 12:58pm . This Akin road Jimmy location is approximately4 miles away from the delivery point it was supposed to make. Not sure if it was lack of staffing or poor management, buteither way, I don't feel a customer that pays delivery fee + a tip deserves this type of service. Read more
