This place is awesome. All the food is yummy. At first I saw the French fries and thought these are going to be very hard due... to how thin they are but I was wrong. They are so e perfectly and I eat every fry. The burgers are yummy as well. The staff aresuper friendly. Read more

I love Freddy's usually I get cheese curds and ice creams for the family simple chocolate with extra cookie dough, vanilla with... cookie dough and strawberry. They usually get it right the 2 years I've been going to them .But lately I've been getting justchocolate chips rather then cookie dough. Small problems but great food Read more

Rude help. If you don't like your job, quit and get another one, but refusing to talk to me because you're in a bad mood is a... lousy way to start. I literally had to ask the girl behind the counter if they were open because she wouldn't talk to me when Iapproached the counter. How hard is it to say, "Hi what can I get you?' or "thank you" when the transaction is complete.Nothing? just a blank stare? Ok. When I told the manager how rude the cashier was she just rolled her eyes at me. While Iunderstand this isn't a career path most of these kids will follow their whole lives, I can't understand how the boss of thesespoiled children would be so apathetic. This was not my first bad experience with the staff at this particular location. I knowit won't bother them at all, but I'll say it anyway; this is the last time I'll eat here. There are way too many other choicesthat will make the customer feel appreciated. I only wish I could leave zero stars. Read more

The Employee quality is going downhill! I wish I have enough memory in my phone to take pictures of the garbage cans and almost... every single table that was empty it was pretty dirty. Under the table that I have to sit that by the way I have to clean itmyself, there was a big amount of garbage napkins straws french fries you name it! Also it?s not like before when I ordered Ifeel that the employee really care to give his best shot now is the opposite. One time I cash one of the employees coming out ofthe bathroom without washing his hands he was dealing with the tomatoes and lettuce I told the manager I don?t think they didanything! Food still good though. Read more

Take the drive-thru out of this place! It is not fast, nor warm food, and you'll need another haircut by the time you get... through it on the weekend. It's almost comical how slow and cruddy the service is. It's almost as if they know they are one offew places that are open after 10, and they implement an orchestrated "slow-down" so traffic on the highway sees the line andmakes people think "hmm, must be good, let's go", but little do they know, they just sealed the deal on their evening bc theycould be in line for over an hour. There's really no excuses for how slow they are. There's a very much ample-numbered staffthat should be able to handle waaaay more than what they output. But after getting frustrated from being in the drive thru, andgoing in one time...I can truly see the problem. It's the massive group of workers running (or sloth-ing) around with no clue, and zero supervision. Just go to another Burger joint.... This one's shot until they actually want to be good. (Psst .. Whydon't you talk to Culver's for supervision & managerial tips) Read more
