I love Culver?s shrimp and concrete but today I decided to try something different. I ordered the Atlantic cod sandwich with... large fries and large drink. I have never been so disappointed. The fry bag literally had 11 fries in it and the cod sandwichwas a joke. One fish stick the size of my thumb on a big bun with lots of lettuce. It literally tasted like a lettuce sandwich.For $10 I should have went elsewhere, and from now on I will. Read more

What's not to love about Culver's? One of the last restaurants left that have courteous and polite employees, my food is always... the way I order it AND it's always hot/fresh. I've never had a bad experience at any Culver's Restaurants. Read more
My girlfriend and I ordered takeout. Both of our burgers were raw. We called the store and asked for a refund and they hung up.... This isn?t the first time this has happened either. Won?t be coming back. Read more
First in line just before lunch rush. They forgot 3/4 of my order. I ordered a combo and cheese curds. Forgot marinara, salt,... ketchup, and fry. All I got was burger and curds. I had confidence in not double checking their work bc they were friendly. ButI hate being in a rush on my own time only to be let down for a service I paid for. Went today for dinner. Told the young lady at the drive thru that I had a coupon for a free milkshake upgrade with meal... purchase. Get to the window and pay, only to find out that I was charged for the shake. I asked the young guy who took mypayment if he could cancel and re-ring my order. He tells me there's no way for them to do that. Now, I've worked fast food soI know they can cancel an order and refund a customer. He just didn't want to. I didn't argue I just took the food I paid forand left but I will no longer patron this particular Culver's after this. Read more
Super nice staff!! So respectful and nice!! Went there with the family and the gave us a family size cheese curds for free!!... They also gave us some free drinks and ice cream for the kids!! We will be coming back here again. Read more
