Arby?s here on Rice Rd in Lee?s Summit is my quick go to for lunch sometimes. Being in the same plaza makes it convenient. I... always get hot fresh food & everyone is always extremely pleasant & nice. The manager today even turned me on to the lemonadewith a mix of peach & strawberry! Amazing! You guys rock! Side note? Absolutely disgusting.. literally the worst ruebuen I?ve ever had I started to eat it right away and it was literally cold like... it came out of the fridge no sauces I requested were provided, when I went it to get said sauces everyone turned their backstowards me and acted as if I wasn?t there till I spoke up about my missing sausces. Just to find out when I got back in my truckmy sandwich was nasty and cold. This is the first time I?ve ever had a problem with Arbys I love arbys? this felt deliberate andseemed like I may have been discriminated against due to my Back the Blue emblems all over my truck.. absolutely horrible I amso disgusted. The bathrooms need a deep cleaning and good up keep. I have been a restaurant manager for yrs so I know what I'm talking about.
When I went today the person running the window was suffering from some kind of sickness. Then didn't kn they were out of pita... bread for gyros... and so our option was a wheat wrap... it came out looking like a square rock lol. I asked for no onions andthe person at the window even yelled no onions and when I went to re wrap it had onions all over it. Once the onions removedand wrapped properly it wasn't too bad of a sandwich. Curly fries were hot and I was given napkins. Read more
Get the PREMIUM NUGGETS. I don?t really know if this is ?just? this Arbys. Or just the nuggets themselves. I ordered the premium... nuggets and ????. They were larger than eggs, like the size of a ding dong?!? For a visual! You can see the shreds inside whenyou take a bite. These were not McDonald?s chicken nuggets or Chick-fila size nuggets. I can?t by and wanted to try the chicken salad sandwich and I don?t live far from arbys soo my fries should not have been cold... and my poppers also cold and the chicken salad sandwich was warm, I checked the temp of it and was 58degrees. I am in food andknow it was out of temp so there was a waste of my money!! I tried calling the store with no answer?. Super sad!
