Waited 25+ minutes in the drive through for 2 chicken sandwiches. Was the only person there for the first 10 minutes
Placed an order with the KFC phone app. I went to the drive through to pick up my order and was told I?d have to go inside to... pick up my order. No other customers in the drive though, no other customers in the restaurant and they refused to hand me myorder through the drive through window. They said it?s their policy. Well, it?s my policy not do business with businesses thathave that policy. I?ve removed the KFC app from my phone and will not eat at another KFC. Problem solved. Read more
I will never eat at Leeds, AL KFC, I ordered a breast and thigh biscuit and mashed potato gravy. The biscuit was very hard like... it was cooked yesterday, the thigh so small it looked like a very small wing. The taste was not GOOD! I ordered this nasty mealat the drive-in window! I called this KFC once I got home after trying to eat it, I asked to speak to an MGR. She said she wasmgr., and her name was Freda!!! I begin to tell her about the meal, and She hung up on me!
