I stopped in Yesterday (Saturday). I didn't have to wait very long. I ordered the pretzel dog combo. The bread was soggy and... didn't taste like usual. Unfortunately, I woke up this morning at 4 am sick as ever. I think it's food poisoning. I can'thold anything down. I tried calling them today but of course, they did answer. Horrible customer service. Purchased a hot dog and cinnamon bites. Was told it would be 10 minutes for bites to come up.(... usually take 4 minutes, I get these all the time at home) We are watching the three young Caucasian employees service theCaucasian customers and never providing the rest of our order. They kept saying it will be 5 minutes, we purchased at 3:59 pmand had to ask for a refund at 4:22 pm. One employee made the comment, ?well it?s 3 of us to a million of y?all?, being rude. Paid for 3 cups of pretzels and a large drink - I chose one dipping sauce and was charged for it also. I went back asking for a... sauce for my cinnamon ones and was told I only got one free with the bundle. I paid for all sauces and food - I didn?t getanything for free. Then asked for a refill after she didn?t fill my drink all the way up and was asked to pay $.55. 3.5 stars on ????s. Tastes differently than remembered. Ordered 2 cinnamon sugar and one was under baked. Also, cashier charged... me for the wrong menu item and took a while to explain error for understanding. She called for help and explained to hercoworker.
