I stopped in Yesterday (Saturday). I didn't have to wait very long. I ordered the pretzel dog combo. The bread was soggy and... didn't taste like usual. Unfortunately, I woke up this morning at 4 am sick as ever. I think it's food poisoning. I can'thold anything down. I tried calling them today but of course, they did answer. Horrible customer service. Purchased a hot dog and cinnamon bites. Was told it would be 10 minutes for bites to come up.(... usually take 4 minutes, I get these all the time at home) We are watching the three young Caucasian employees service theCaucasian customers and never providing the rest of our order. They kept saying it will be 5 minutes, we purchased at 3:59 pmand had to ask for a refund at 4:22 pm. One employee made the comment, ?well it?s 3 of us to a million of y?all?, being rude.
