Honestly a very trashy location. Slow service, staff seem to have zero communication and argue about every order they made while... I was in the store. Waited as people who order at the cash register got their food before us as we ordered at the kiosk. Andafter all that didn't even receive the right items but the staff were too busy yelling at each other to even try to listen towhat we were saying. Was very good here before, but last time they didn't even put egg in my egg and sausage sandwiche. And had to repeat coffee... order 5 times. Said medium and large then some how got changed to 2 larges then one small and one large. Which is no big dealbut the no egg in an egg sandwiche, how lol Read more
Went there for some drinks on the way to the airport - was rushed and the drinks didn't come out as ordered. The team was... rushing me and there was no one else at the drive through... I stopped in to try the new Wendys breakfast menu today. I had the Breakfast Baconater. They use a new type of bacon, smoked... appl . Was a great touch. The eggs were perfectly cooked on the sandwich, great bun as well. The potato wedges were immaculate,perfectly crispy. I was greeted within a good time and my order was completed and in my hands with impressive speed. The coffeeisn?t my favourite, Wendys still has a bit of work to do to catch up in quality to the big dogs. Still good though, butdefinitely an area of weakness for now. This is a smaller, modern take on Wendys. Even offering USB outlets for charging. Thereis a lot of polish that went into this establishment, including 3 full size bathrooms, despite its small size. It has everythingelse you?d expect in one of their locations This is absolutely a stand out Wendys location. If you?re a fan of the franchise,check this spot out. Typically I do not eat fast food but if I have to, I only stopped at Wendy's. Reason being, they are the only ones that serve a... decent salad or for that matter, serve one at all. Highly recommend giving them a try! Read more
I had two kids with me, so I was using the driven-through order 2 burgers, one burger combo and salad. After they gave me the... food only two bags then I double checked, It was missing one burger. I went in and told them. No apology or sorry. One Filipinolady just said to me let's checking and even told me I was yelling. With the mask and shield at the cash counter. Her attitudewas so terrible. There were 5 staffs in here, no one checked carefully. Then an Indian staff said to me Man, everyone makesmistake. still no apology. The way they responded really made me so disappointed and not appreciated. In the end, I told herthat I am going to make a complain. she even strongly said Sure, go for it. It was the worst experience with Wendy's. The foodwas not good. the fries were dry and tasted re-cooked. No catch-up provided. the Southwest salad was not fresh at all, theAvocado dressing was bitter. I went to so many Wendy's locations. This new location was my first time, also my last time. Typical fast food chain location. Newer location so it still looks nice and clean. Basic service from staff.
