We were visiting family in Leduc for the Thanksgiving long weekend. We stopped at this Starbucks to grab a drink before taking a... nice walk in the park. The service was great and the store was not busy at all. My only issue was how dirty the store was andthe amount of files was unbearable. They were everywhere crawling and landing all over everything. It was quite disgusting tosay the least. Read more
Love the staff. Love the coffee but my god, how disfunctional is this location? On any given week you can show up and the drive... thru is closed or conversely the shop is closed. I don?t understand how one of the largest coffee chains in the world operatesthis way. Truly disappointing Read more
I?ve been ordering in this location for few times already and they ALWAYS make my drink wrong that I had to correct them after... they?ve made it. Drive thru or store front, it?s the same even though I specifically tell them how I wanted it and my drinkwasn?t even that complicated. I work in starbucks too so that?s why I know what my drink would taste like and so far the mostthey?ve gotten right was a pike with white mocha. But my handcrafted drink, it?s always wrong. I am BIG on customer service and Starbucks has always met my expectations. From the over cheerful voices at the drive thru, to... the delightful small talk at the windows, the sweet "enjoy" when you receive your order. Today I made a mistake when orderingand just asked to bump it up a size, obviously I will pay the difference. Kelsey snarled "we already made it" and I understoodhowever it was just a hot chocolate so I asked if we could dump it into a bigger cup and just add more milk. The absolute lookof disgust Kelsey gave me, as if I was the biggest inconvenience of her life. I do understand it was my mistake and yes it wasa bit inconvenient however welcome to customer service, things will not always go according to plan but how you react is 100% inyour control. The looks and eye rolls and tone was so unpleasant if you can't contain yourself you probably shouldn't work incustomer service. However our drinks were made to perfection thank you to the barista! Great place to sit down for a date, socialize without alcohol, study, or enjoy a coffee with a good book to read! Love the... atmosphere, but would recommend improving your seating arrangements which would include more comfortable couches and chairs!Enjoyed the ambience! Read more
