Ordered a large all dressed and large fry , the order arrived in 1 hr and 15 min which is crazy since the restaurant is only 500... ft away from us..When the food arrived we opened the fries and they were cold and soggy , ended up in the garbage . The pizzawas a 2..5 out of 5 at best..People will have to hold these restaurants accountable if its going to change because since Covidcustomer service is gone. Read more

Overall it was okay, I suppose. Except for the server Jim was rude, he slammed our drinks down on the table, worst Caesar salad... I've ever had in my life it tasted like mayonnaise, the salt shaker had super hard discolored salt in it and it looked yellow,was given an expired bottle of HP sauce. I did speak to the manager but she only offered dessert which I was not feeling, Imentioned to the server Jim about my salad but he didn't care, overall it was a okay experience. Read more

Ordered a medium pizza with a Caesar salad and wings at about 9pm online and we got a confirmation of a delivery time of... 10:43pm. When food arrived, pizza was really soggy, salad was hot, and wings were the only tasty thing in this equation. Goodwas delivered at about 9:45pm, the delivery said the website lied as they close at 10pm which is poor customer experience. In myhonest opinion not worth $55 Read more
Ordered 2 pizzas all meat.. Hawaiian with bacon can't see any bacon cause they didn't put it on lifted the cheese up too find 2... small pieces of ham and 3 pineapple the all meat you would think being all meat there would be meat noo noo there wasn't 2-3small pieces per piece and I payed 50$ for that I've had better at domino's Read more
Royal Pizza is my favorite in Edmonton for 50 years. First time I've ever been disappointed at the Leduc location. The topping... was absolute minimal. The crust was good the cheese was good. Took the pizza back and they opened it up to see the toppings andsaid it was normal. They made a fresh pizza which wasn't any better. Last time I will order from that location. Read more
