Really had high expectations. Staff was nice and friendly on the phone and I love to keep local. However when the pizza got... here, it was fairly raw and pretty cold. Had to re-heat in the oven. Too. Much. Dough! 1/3 of each slice was a thick layer ofdough and toppings were not the star of the show as there was not much room for them because of how large the uncooked crustwas. My husband and I decided to take a break and have food delivered to our motel in Leduc. We found a brochure in our room for... Maggie?s Pizza. We called and ordered Maggie?s Super Combo. The price on Brochure was $38.99. Decent deal, so okay. Food showsup on time, hot and perfect to our order. The problem was that were were asked to pay almost $53.00. I called and spoke to themanager who said that the increase was legit because food prices have gone up 25%. The brochures were old and needed to bereplaced. While I completely understand that, he knew we were calling from a motel and should?ve mentioned that there was anincrease. All he would?ve had to do was tell us on the phone so we could make an informed decision on the $14.00 difference. Heagreed with me and very quickly charged the advertised price. The driver got his decent tip, I was happy and because it washandled so well, I am writing a good review. I would definitely order from them again, because the food and service wasexceptional! Absolutely disgusting pizza that I've ever had in my entire life. The moment I opened the pizza box there were fruitflies came... out. I ordered a couple of Pizzas which I'm showing the picture of: one was a veggie and the other was tandoori. The sizes ofthe vegetables on the pizza are huge and very difficult to eat properly. The tandoori was just chicken with food coloring on it.This shows that they're cheating the public who doesn't know what tandoori is. They are not bringing out the true flavor oftandoori in the chicken, but just adding color and selling it. The staff needs to learn how to make pizza's properly or justshut the shop entirely. I read through all the reviews, and I can't say I share any negative experience as with the others. We stopped in and made an... order for delivery. Mondays they have a buy one get one 50% off sale. So we got two pizzas! Their store is super cute and cleanand the pizza was really good. They have a little lounge area with couches and a tv and a window counter to eat at. Delivery wasquick and the pizza was hot. It didn't taste like chain pizza, but that's good! It was fresh and the flavours were really good.And it had the crispy baked cheese crust bits that are so so good. If you like loads of sauce, just ask for extra ????. Pricesare good, and menu is good and very reasonably priced. We're all for supporting local, and we had a wonderful experience! Read more
