I asked for yakisoba noodles in all three of my meals. I made sure to say it 3 times and double checked with the cashier that it... was the thick ones. He said ?yes don?t worry?. In all three we got ramen noodles in all of them. I also asked for a HALF sweetbrown sugar boba. On the screen it said regular so I told him I said half sweet and again he said ?I know?. Went to go have lunch on a sunday the website said they were open and we get there and it was closed you might want to fix your... hours on the website.Love the food but Not a happy camper ???? that they were not open Read more

This place is always fantastic. Never fails to impress. I literally like everything on the menu. It's a great healthy... alternative to most stop-and-grab restaurants. Staff are incredible and accurate with any size order. My order is alwayscorrect, I don't even check the bag. Impressive food, presentation and flavour. Best spring rolls I've ever had. Read more

I ordered a wonton soup to take home only to found out that the pork in it is totally burned and that make it tasteless. I... called to complain about it and a lady hang up because she thought I was yelling at her. I was on speaker. Mr singh picked mycall when i called back but doesn't seem to understand burned and rather explained into detail the different kinds and said ifI bring it back, in full he will give me a new food. I am very surprised at their actions today. They made me feel like I haveeaten the food and just want to come get another for free. The lady was rude and impatient. I just...don't understand. After submitting a complaint a few months ago, nothing seems to have changed. In fact, they seem to... be worse now. I work in healthcare and am also immunocompromised. I emailed the company when I watched a young man fiddle withhis 'chin mask' (mouth and nose uncovered), then touch all the food containers of customers. Got a polite email stating theywould retrain. Retrain WHO? The young man at the front who seems to be running the show? I saw him touch his dirty face no lessthan five times while he packed one order. disgusting...!! So, I believe in management and go back a couple weeksago...WORSE! There were now THREE staff without their mouths covered and half a dozen customers coming and going without beingasked to mask up too. Never again at this location! I've been to others and they actually take the time to prepare your foodwell, present it as it should be, and care about the health and safety of their customers(the people who keep their doors open). Even though they were extremely busy when we showed up, they worked hard to ensure our meal was Gluten-free and there was no... cross contamination. They were even very polite and asked if we could wait a little longer so they could catch up on ordersbefore they could make ours and ensure it was free of contamination. Was very satisfied with the level of customer service andcare for our needs during a time where they were extremely busy. Read more

Every Sunday we stop at this Edo on our way home from the cottage. The service is friendly and accommodating (picky 11 year... old). The food is always fresh, hot, and tasty. It?s so consistently good that they deserve a great review! Read more
