Food was just ok, service was a bit slow for no one in the drive thru. I was surprised they didn't have a real breakfast... sandwich like other fast food places also the DQ ultimate was my favorite burger here but they changed the menu to stack burgersand I don't find them as good as what used to be on the menu. Dairy Queen used to be about quality which it most definitely isn?t anymore. The prices have drastically increased which I... realize that given the economy is to be expected. What isn?t expected is that while raising the prices they have alsosignificantly decreased their portions. My daughter and I went for lunch. We purchased 2 chicken wraps, 2 order of onion ringsand 2 slush. It cost me $30. The chicken on the wraps was half the size it needed to be and there was barely anything else onit. The onion rings that used to fill the box now come with exactly 9 rings, most of which are stuck together and total mush.They were inedible. Their ?twisted? summer slush?.just grape flavour. Thought maybe it was an off day. Went through the drivethrough tonight with my son. The medium milkshakes that used to be the same size as a medium drink are now more expensive andthe size of a small drink. And his chicken fingers and fries?.like warm and not fresh at all. I ordered a birthday cake online for pickup July 10, 2022. I arrived to pick the cake up and they could not find it. I ended up... getting one from the display case, had to wait for them to write on it. I was late to the party and didn't have the correctcake. NEVER AGAIN!! Ice machine out of ice. Had ordered a double flamethrower combo. Burger had tomatoes when I asked for no tomato and there were... only a couple very small pieces of lettuce ends.The amount of onion rings I got was pretty pathetic compared to many experiencesin the past, maybe 7 average sized rings all stuck together. I do not usually have any standars for fast food restaurants but itfelt like a very poor effort was put in to slap my order together. I am not sure what happened to my review. It seems like it may have been taken down or something, Overall not impressed by this... particular location. It all started when we entered. There is a sign on the front door that says we will honour competitorscoupons... how do you compare DQ with McDonald's or Burger King or anyone else? Well, according to the store manager, if youpresent him with a two can dine for $14.99 type of coupon for A&W Mama burger combos, that to him is equivalent of simplecheeseburger combos. So then I presented him with a two can dine coupon for A&W teen burger combos, apparently that's stillequates to a cheeseburger combo... Dear restaurant, Take that sign down as you have no intention of honoring it. Here is a picof my DQ cheese burger vs a mama burger from A&W, I'm not sure how you compare these two to each other but it's clearly not thesame. Overall the service was sub par, cleanliness was slightly above standard. Food was standard grade. I have stopped atthis location one previous trip through.
