We have trucks in the store daily spending thousands of dollars. Today was the most horrible service ever provided by the store... manager and assistant. Manager was mad a me for pump being started by the assistant. She had a horrible attitude toward mewhich made me get frustrated at her. If I didn?t need fuel I would have left and not spent a dime. I was planning to buy foodand drinks and decided not too. I don?t like to spend money where I don?t feel appreciated. Very rude today and if ever treatedthat way again I will not stop again. I usually spend 10-20 a day at Caseys not including gas. I drive from Emporia to Melvern everyday for work and although I can... stop at the several Caseys in Emporia I tend to stop here because the staff are friendly. Not today. I went to get pizza afterfueling and went to grab the pizza and the thing kept turning so I moved it a little back and was about to grab my pizza whenthe blonde kitchen manager barked at me really loud that I cannot touch that I HAVE to close it. I just set my stuff down andtold her I will not be coming back, which I will not. I will stop in Emporia from now on and getting my fleet card changed over. Read more

I am very very very grateful of the fact that eventhough they were closed, they had a FREE and FUNCTIONING air pump/machine. I... had gotten a flat tire and had to put on the spare (which of course was low, because who ever checks them?) tire. I was able toair up it and check the other tires on my car in a CLEAN and WELL LIT area. I was very happy to come across this place at aboutmidnight and I would think someone else would be to if they had a similar situation. Disappears to be a pretty new Casey's. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, nobody puts any effort into cleaning in the... corners. Trim was falling off of the brand new cabinetry. When I went to get a fountain drink there was as much water coming outthe cover almost is there was fountain drink going into my cup. Although there did seem to be plenty of help in the kitchen,they were not paying any attention to the front counter. Casey's could be a pretty decent place if they would pay attention todetail and make sure things are clean. These stores seem to go downhill pretty fast and get pretty grungy. Read more
This review is for the Casey's just off of I 35 at Exit 148 Lebo, KS. Stopped here for breakfast on the go. Grabbed a couple of... breakfast croissants but when I went to grab an iced coffee, the machine was empty. Went to grab a soda at the fountain machine,they were completely out of cups of all sizes. For any over the road truck drivers who comes here looking for overnight parking,there is none. As is typical for Casey's, their truck fuel island is for local drivers only. Fuel and go away. This looked likea new store just recently built, but the line for check out was long and the fact that they were out of stock for several itemswas very irritating. They may improve over time but as a truck driver who frequently makes trips between Texas and Iowa, thisplace is not for me or any other over the road truck driver. As a truck driver the pump keeps messing up, The person running the register treated me like I didn't know how to use a fuel... pump and try to tell me I was having an attitude when I told her that this was the worst fuel experience I've had. and theydon't even have any way to clean a windshield.
