An awkward location to get into, which is beneficial because it wasn?t as packed as other restaurants around. First priority for... the traveler: the men and women?s bathrooms were fairly clean and functional. The food line moved fast and our family?s orderwas ready in 5 minutes. To our sadness, there were no Arby sauce packets, which is the first time we?ve encountered that atArby?s; just a sign of the times. We ate in our car in the parking lot. I had a turkey bacon wrap and It was good, everythingfresh. Our son enjoyed his fries, while my husband?s roast beef sandwich and curly fries were hot and good. In all, a decentroad stop. Read more
Went through the drive-through sat at the window for over 10 minutes watching everybody stand there not getting our food ready.... Then the lady finally opens the window and hands me my food telling me that the French fries are hot and be careful but shedoesn't even ask if I want any sauce closes the window again. So I try to honk and kind of raise my voice to get her attentionso I can get some sauce and she completely ignores me the customer service here and the wait times is hideous. Read more
I have been to many Arby's and generally they are good This one not so much. Not only do I feel their sandwiches have shrunk... (80% bread) but also Soda tastes off and is slightly flat. They were out of a few things and sadly workers did not look likethey wanted to be there. Though, that I can understand. Read more
Fast stop on way back from up north. Convenient fast service. Even with a line they moved it very fast to get us back on the... road. Food always good. Read more
