This place is a joke they can?t take orders and can?t give you the right food. I got a sweet and spicy burger the entire bottom... bun was soaking wet with mustard and dripping mustard everywhere. Went to fix it and they still made my order wrong would notrefund the money so I have 4 nasty burgers getting trashed (first picture is a ?plain burger? second picture is my drippingmustard burger) Read more
Service was fast even though there was a line of cars. The server in the drive thru was very nice. What caught my attention is... that they brought me my banana pudding shake first then later my meal! They did not allow my shake to sit there and melt. Verythoughtful! The shake was so good!! We had experienced Whataburger in OK years ago and enjoyed it. We waited till the dinning room in Lebanon was open before... going. This experience was awesome! In a time of lackluster food, prices and service Whataburger stepped up. The counter peoplewere helpful and friendly. The menu easy to read and order from. We split a #3 triple and a patty melt both done aswhatameals. The triple was to die for. I have not had a burger that good in recent memory. The melt was also extremely good..but that triple I will dream of???? Now for fast food it came across as pretty fresh ingredient wise. Fries were shoestringstyle and cooked perfectly. Lastly, ?Tash? who was working the floor was a joy. Very friendly, kept us up to date on our order?which came quick during the lunch rush? she always had a smile. Last lastly. Whatadissapointment - Lebanon, TN Writing as I wait. Arrived at 11:42 am on a Wednesday. Inside is closed. Far outside lane and... only 3 cars in front of me and at 12:11 guess what I finally got my food. 30 min wait for drive thru? I fell bad for the linethat formed behind me. They are in for some real wait time. Oh ya I got a #1 with cheese and large tea. Nothing crazy and 2orders before me was a small bag also. Since it took so long I had to get back to work and a 8 min drive back to office theburger and fries were cold. Burger is big and fries were not full in the cup. They gave me 4 ?? Ketchup containers. Waste. SweetTea has raw sugar sitting in the bottom of the cup. Found it on 1st gulp. Nice to crunch sugar huh. Burger is better than McD?sbut not worth the wait. Once the indoor is finally open I will try again for warm food but not again in the drive thru. Read more
Great service!!! Went through the drive through on Monday-opening day and was expecting a long wait but the service was quick!!... Probably 15 -20 cars ahead of me and I was only in line maybe 20 minutes! I was pleasantly surprised!!! I thought they werequick, very friendly and our food was hot and delicious!!! Fast food that is a good as the pictures! I had never been here and am not a fast food fan... had the Sweet and Spicy burger... (smallest I could get) and was too full to finish my onion rings! I don't drink soda and was happy with the sweet tea... counterstaff super polite and helpful, nice gent served our food and offered choices of ketchup and sauces. Even the restrooms wereclean. Will make it a point to visit again! Read more
