Took my wife to dinner here. Decor and interior are exactly the same as it was 10 years ago. Was seated immediately but waited... 15 minutes for a manager to blame the waitress. Coconut shrimp was good, salad bar was stocked but not very hygienic, steak wascooked wrong, started frozen and folded, came to the table half raw. Also a gristle-filled cut for a pan fried ribeye. Managerwas confused, employees very relaxed and disengaged. Mushrooms were over-cooked and old. I filled up on salad. The wholeexperience is overpriced now, was once decent but has declined. NO ONE IS TRYING. You deserve better for your money. Read more
A friend came to visit, so there were 3 of us, going out for a nice dinner and drinks. Ruby Tuesday out did themselves. The... drinks were full of delicious flavor, and the main course was excellent. We were a party of 11 that came in after church. They were extremely short staffed; however, the waitress was awesome and the... manager did everything in his power to ensure everyone was satisfied. It wasn't quick, and there were a few issues but thefriendliness and attitude of the staff made up for everything. They have had some awful servers in the years, but I sincerelyhope the one we had today sticks with it because she was great!! Read more
This place is horrible!!! When arriving we were told the table was ready but the waitress was behind and it would be another ten... minutes. We were taken to the table any ways as we did not want sit in the lobby to wait for a table that ready but the waitresswas not. Waitress took twenty minutes to come to the table and another to bring us our drinks. Finally another twenty minutes toget our order. Thirty minutes at least for two people out of a party of six to get their food then another ten minutes to getone more persons food, math, 3/6 people have their food. Another ten to bring one more meal. Then the manager comes over I justwanted to let you know that your burger was burnt and I didn?t want it brought out to you. We also asked where the sixth personsfood was,the managers reply oh that sitting in the window I?ll get it. When we said something the manager ask what do you wantme to fix this. Really first find your waitresses that have disappeared. Then you can go teach your cooks who are clearly notcooks as everyone dish in this table was Drenched in overly Sweetened sticky sauce that has now turn my stomach after one nightliterally. Waitresses could not even remember to bring the correct drinks, especially the only person who asked for Unsweet tea,who clearly order it because she can?t have sugar. This place is horrible so not eat here. While sitting here writing thisreview they brought me the check and specifically told them I was not ready to take care of this bill, as I was in the middle ofsomething. The waitress then sent the manager over with credit card machine and he proceeded to ask if was going to be cash orcredit. I looked right at him and told him I told your waitress I was in the middle of something and to come back. Went in to this location earlier this week. Unbelievable dirty mens bathroom. I mean filthy. I've been in some dirty bathrooms... in gas stations and truck stops but this was terrible. Shoe's sticking to the floor with a nasty smell. The health departmentshould be involved. Makes me wonder about the kitchen. I'll never be back. Decided not to eat and left. Read more
Always love eating here, they have a nice clean restaurant with great seating. Friendly staff and a kitchen crew that actually... cares about the food they are serving. Large bar area where you can just walk right in and get service. Also the parking lot iseasy to get into and out of which is rare for a place in such a busy part of Lebanon. The pasta is the best dish here, creamychicken and broccoli with perfect portions! Read more
Beware: DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR DRINKS SPIKED. Hubby and I went here on 01/18/22. We ordered regular non-alcoholic... strawberry lemonade drinks. One of their workers thought it was funny to put alcohol in them. We do not drink. Upon, 1st walkingin the hostess walked up and he looked back at the waitresses asking them do they want to serve us. They looked at us with a badattitude and said no. This is when we should have left. The hostess asked us nicely if we would like a booth or table. He tookus to one and gave us our menus. A few minutes later the main waitress that first said no came up and had changed to having anice attitude once she was serving us. We first ordered non-alcohol strawberry lemonade for our beverages. My husband sipped hisfirst and said you don?t want to taste this. There is liquor in this. So, I tasted mine and it had liquor in there as well. Whenwe told the waitress. There was no apology and we asked for two glasses of water. Once, we asked for the manager. It took about15- 20 minutes for the waitress to get her over there. The restaurant barely had people in there. We were the only blackcustomers there at the time. Once the manager came she apologized and took the lemonades off of our bill. She asked the waitressif she made the drinks she said no. Someone made them and the surveillance cameras gone show because we did a police report. Theofficer was nice enough to check on us and have us to sit and wait in our truck into the dizziness and headaches went away.Which they did not for hours. We?re at home vomiting and sick now with a hangover. We will be turning this into corporate. Lowdown low class and atrocious evil human beings to whoever was apart of these horrendous actions and we will be doing blood workto prove it as well. We never have a bad experience at our local Lebanon, TN Ruby Tuesday! The bartenders and waitstaff are always so nice. The... manager Clay is what makes this place so good. He?s a hard worker and even though employees don?t show up for work or otherissues behind the scene he makes sure that everything runs as smoothly as possible on the front end. Read more
