We went to Popeyes because we received a coupon in a mailer. It was for a family 10 piece chicken dinner 2ith two sides and... biscuits for $20. We hadn't eaten at this Popeyes before, so we decided to give it a shot. And unfortunately, it was really bad.The lobby was closed (I went around 630 pm) for what I can only assume was a staffing shortage. So I went drive thru. On thecoupon, there are two codes, one for bone in chicken and one for tenders. I went with bone in. For my two sides, I chose Mac andcheese and mashed potatoes. They were out of Mac and cheese, so I switched to red beans and rice. I made the mistake of notchecking the food before leaving, and it was a rookie mistake! The entire order was wrong. They gave me tenders, and the tenderswere spicy (I ordered plain bone in chicken). There weren't any biscuits. I added a side of Cole slaw and paid extra for it.That wasn't in the bag. And there were no red beans and rice. The side the did give me in addition to the mashed potatoes (theonly correct item in the order) was some sort of weird rice and beef concoction that was just absolutely awful. I looked ontheir website, and this rice and beef thing isn't even on there. So honestly that part is just confusing. I might give themanother try sometime down the line, but I won't ever go back to the Lebanon location off 231. Just terrible experience. Read more
Food taste great. But recipes are standard so orher ran over and under cooking no much room for error. Service needs a lot of... attention. Ordered a 16 piece spicy family meal. I understand having to wait 13 minutes for my chicken to cook. However, myticket number was 66. I watched them make 3 meals out of the spicy chicken that had just came up. I did not realize until theycalled the 3 orders that they were orders number 69, 70 and 72 which were ordered after my ticket number 66. After sayingsomething they were rude and said, "it just came up!" Loud and obnoxious. And i was informed that i needed to be patient. Thishappened 2 days ago. So look at your cameras and you will see at 12:05 p.m i waited patiently and Only informed them that theywere going to run out of MY spicy chicken again if they kept filling everyones order behind me. OK, so why did I get 7 thighs inmy 16 piece SPICY order if I was WRONG?? I understand not having many options for employees but, this is the 3rd time the sameemployee's have made customers feel as if we should go somewhere else that I know of. I wanted to try this place since it opened. However I had to run a ross the street and grab some things. We drove through the... parking lot to check and make sure they weren't closing anytime soon. The sign said 10pm. So we finished shopping, and placedour online order by 9:15pm. We waited a few and pulled in at 9:29. And waited, and waited. Finally a young lady came out thedoor to let us know they were closed. I asked her, how do I get my money back ftrom an online order. She went back inside, andthen came out with a receipt and said her general manager said we had to wait til the next day and call corporate for a refund.As we pulled over to see what I have to do for my refund, every worker in the store left. All of this happened before 10pm. Thecorrect closing time. It took 2 days, but I did get my money back. I've heard from others that this particular location is notvery good. Sad since it just opened. The folks working there were fine. The dining room @ 2:30 really needed to be cleaned and the food was not fresh. Heck, our... biscuits were more hockey puck than food it seemed???? Too many chicken places around to spend my money here and walk away withmy stomach feeling queasy. The first couple times my honey and I went it was GREAT the last five are six times the service and the food has been... HORRIBLE??. Love having a Popeyes in Lebanon!! The staff was very friendly and my order was correct. The food was fresh and hot! The... chicken, fantastic. The shrimp on the other hand were not properly cleaned and I don't know about y'all, but I'd rather not eata shrimps digestive tract. Read more

Went 4 hours before closing asked for a three-piece combo only received one very old large breast paid for a bunch of jalapeños... couldn?t even get one, and they were not busy at all. The FaceTime I called the phone rang multiple times. The second time Icalled the voice machine told me I had been sent to voicemail a waste of time and money! Read more
