This is number one lazy staff pilot by far in my career , drove whole night I went to get a coffee but there was no milk for... coffee,checked the second machine for milk again empty, asked the cashiers (two over size white women)they gave me an uglylooking and say we are running out of supplies, whoever manage this location pilot need fire the manager first and secondcashiers gives this bad attitude is not good for business , managers duty is send the inventory report what they need andcashier need to retrain for customer service, if cashier has personal problems going on , get a laundry job that?s what suit you Read more
The shower system is down? nothing wrong with the showers themselves, the water runs and everything but the announcement system... is down and for some reason can?t make it work the old fashioned way without the computer announcer. My guess is that the staffis that lazy. Otherwise seems like a nice location with plenty of parking. Read more
After traveling overnight, stopping at a place as clean and helpful as this, with the upbeat employees that were there, helped... me reset my attitude and start fresh for the remainder of my drive. They have safe, clean showers. I?d never used a travel stopshower before, and a kind cashier walked me through what to do and assured me I was safe. It was a great shower! If I?m ever inthe area again, I?ll stop even if I don?t need anything, just to experience the smiles & clean, bright shop. And very goodcoffee, of course! This Pilot has RV gas lanes on the right. They are easy to get in but a bit tight to get out of the lot especially if you are... long and towing. The inside had a good coffee station and the staff was quick and helpful. Read more
I like going to pilot for different reasons. One of them is to see my mom but on her off day we just went to grab a fountain... drink and wasn't greeted when we came in. Over flowing trash cans around the drinks. Bad customer service. Listen to 2 employeestalk about what a woman was wearing. Definitely not cool. Read more
I was having issues airing up my tire and not only did they come out and help me, they realized my tire wasn't airing up because... of the airstem in the tire. They tried to fix it and when that didn't work they changed my tire for me. What a wonderful place.I love how helpful and happy everybody was here. I will definitely stop here for gas and everything else I need. Thanks guys???????? Read more
Jason and Cassandra were excellent I really appreciate them both for talking to me and assisting me with what I needed. Store... looked amazing. It?s a huge store on the inside. It kinda of feel like a food court inside a mall. All the associates were busyworking keeping the store looking great earlier in the day. I do hope and wish I could visit this locating more often. Everyonewas super friendly and nice. Thank them sooo much. Most people wouldn?t say anything to me, probably just speak. But I thankthem for even coming to work to even deal with us customers. Tried to get a shower at 5:45 am and I was told that the showers didn't open until 6 am. Really!?!? Trucking is 24/7 guys. 15... minutes of waiting can be critical in Trucking.
