A lot of new people working there, and they love to talk ..to each other! My sandwich was not ready when I arrived, even... though I ordered online , and they didn't say anything really.. judt talking and laughing with the other workers. To top itoff i became very ill that night.. I'm not saying it was the sub.. but that was the only thing I had eaten that day..so..idk. I wouldn't recommend this place. Read more

Whent there for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. My husband got a steak and cheese, he thought it was better... than any other restaurant. I got a bacon turkey wrap that was delicious and filling. My son had an Italian which he devoured(andthat doesn't happen offten). The service was exceptional, we had a bit of and accident with out toddler spilling a drinkeverywhere, and they where happy to help. The area was kept nice and clean. It's getting two stars because the fries and lemonade were good. The sandwich was terrible. The staff was having an argument the... entire time we were there. It took three people fifteen minutes to make two sandwiches. Will not be back. Read more

This location is nothing short of disappointing. My husband and I have been long-time fans of Penn Station and we were beyond... excited about a location opening in Lebanon. However, it?s very apparent that upper-management does not care about the people ofLebanon. We had a pretty severe incident happen in May 2022. My husband was communicating with upper-management about this andthey agreed the situation with one of their employees was egregious. The district manager stated he would bring it up to thefranchise owner to help rectify the situation. We were told he would follow up with us with a solution. We have not heard backfrom him and it appears they?d like to sweep it under the rug. Righting their employee?s wrong should have been a priority. Read more

The Sandwich was a little better then last time i went, but boiiiii let me tell you about these fries today? SOME OLD A** FRIES... MY BOI. Soggy old, looks like last week fries. Jason was absolutely amazing ! He was the only one that greeted people when they walked through the door, as he was preparing... meat slices for the cook. The lady who yelled at him for being friendly was not so great. Food was delicious. Will be back tosee Jason?s friendly smile ! Read more
