I love Papa Murphy's, but I was totally turned off when we went in to order a pizza today. The young man that took the order -... very polite and courteous. He started to make our pizza. Then another young man came from the kitchen - he had long thick hairthat was all over the place!! He started making two other pizzas. I told him he needs to wear a hair net - his hair wasfalling all over him!! He said we don't have to here!!! It was totally disgusting! I will not be going back! Read more

So much for $10 Tuesdays. I typically leave work at 7 PM on Tuesdays and arrive at 7:15 to order a pizza. This evening when I... arrived the employees were inside but had the lights out and refused to acknowledge any customers. The staff is their joking andlaughing with each other when the sign on the door and the website clearly states they are open until 8 PM. I can understand astore closing early Due to staffing issues that several retail facilities have been experiencing as of late. But when you havetwo or three employees just hanging out with no explanation, it does not look good. Read more
No one had a hair net on hair in their face one girl had an attitude with myself an my husband. An when I asked for the store... manager a minor walks out he couldn't be no more than 16 years old. None of the employees tonight could of been no older that 17an in highschool still working. I do not appreciate how the girl started talking to my husband an picked up her phone whiletaking my husbands order an slamming it on the counter. Really disappointed with this visit. The employee (Lauren) acted as if I was bothering her with my order. Not sure if the county... has a mask mandate, but I would think for the safety of those visiting the business it would be required. Her long hair was downand hanging over the pizza she made. The appearance of the pizza and how it was wrapped was not the quality I?ve seen from thisstore in the past. Because this is the first negative experience with this store, I?ll visit again. But if I see an employeeacting in the same manner, I will walk out. Read more
Always great and friendly service..Eaten here since they opened..Never a bad pizza..???? J
When I got my pizza into the car I noticed a roach crawling around inside the saran wrap. I hurled the pizza out the door. Only... eat here if you want some extra hidden protein in your pizzas. For the price they charged me, perhaps it was a premium topping. Read more
