I've eaten at other ocharleys and the food has always been incredible. This was not the case at this location. They did not... have ribeye, only sirloin. I couldn't find much of anything that looked good, so I ordered the steak, ribs, and tenders. Thesteak came out with no seasoning. I let my server know and she said it's supposed to come with seasoning, and I replied thatit's just bland steak. She went to the kitchen and came back with garlic butter. I put it on my steak and then she informed methat I would be charged for it. So now I'm being charged for your mistake. I was thinking about asking for the manager, but Ijust won't return. The section we sat in had two dirty tables that stayed that way for our entire visit. One needed to be wiped down and the other... needed to be bussed. The carpet and surrounding area needed some attention from a cleanliness standard. Our server was niceand did a decent job. She did give us food recommendations. She was very slow in bringing the check. The food was the highlight.We each had Nashville hot chicken sandwich and it was very good. We also had margaritas that were delicious. Had to wait 20 minutes to be seated with more than half the tables and booths clean and empty. New Waiter and Waitress were... fine no complaints. Food was mediocre at best, rolls were flat dry and hard. Do not recommend and will not be back. Managementneeds to go back to waiting tables. We were immediately greeted as soon as we walked in which is always a good sign. Staff were very friendly and the Food was hot... and fresh. Prices were very reasonable too for the amount of food I received. Took a little while for the food to come out foras few people as there were in the restaurant but we weren?t in any hurry so it wasn?t a big deal. Overall great experience! Read more
My experience was not pleasurable nor memorable. Very hard pieces in my meal. So much so, that I finished 1/2 a piece before... giving up. I was concerned I would chip a tooth. Bartender told me it was breading. It definitely was not breading. There wassomething inside the breeding. I could not break it up pushing down on it with a fork, so I know my teeth didn't stand a chance.The bartender did not seem concerned, so we paid our tab and left. It was good, nice portions, affordable, the staff Needs to be more fun and talk a little bit more with costumers, suggest their... menu and their specials!! Our server was like -yes, not- for real? Great food, great service. Highly recommend the cheese wedges, spinach dip, and any chicken on the menu. The rolls are... phenomenal, keep them coming! Only thing I would change is the lack of a lunch menu. At 11am, you're paying 6pm prices. Read more
This location has amazing staff. The service was just the right balance of attention and timing. The rolls were hot and fresh,... the seafood was crisp and light and of course the pecan chicken salad was amazing as usual. Definitely one of the chains thathas stood the test of time. Read more
