If your not going to take orders in the outside drive through lane then shut it down. Tired of watching 4 or 5 cars get orders... taken on the inside lane to every 1 for the outside lane. Checked the bag as we were driving away (rookie mistake) and did not have our full order, so had to go back through the... drive-thru line and get the rest of it. Fries and burgers tasted like they were cooked last week. Worst McDonald's experience ina while, but it was our first (and last) time at this one. Read more

ordered on the mobile app, took so long to get with no drive through line. sprite, was absolutely disgusting- carbonated water... is what I got. I went around a second time to get another one and it was the same. also to mention i got no straws or napkins?my fries were cold and hard, gosh it was like chewing rocks! i thought i was we going to break my teeth. my sandwich was sounsatisfying and didn?t follow any of my customizations. so disappointing Read more
Poor. Consistent issues with the drive thru. They cannot seem to figure out how to take orders from multiple lanes.
This store is terrible now. The other day I watched 6 cars in line set there forever with no one taking orders. We finally drove... around and could see employees in the back. No one would come to the window or anything. Every car ended up leaving. Now tonightwe sat at the drive thru menu for 20 min waiting on someone to take out orders. It took another car on the other line tellingthem we had been setting there for him to finally take it. Then the burger was still red in the center when I received it. Has some minor cleaning and maintenance issues, from the smeared color glass wall and stained ceiling tiles we got to stare at... while we ate. However they got my order wrong and made me feel like it was my fault because they had to redo it. I went to sitdown to wait for the redo and they never called me when it was ready, just left it sitting on the counter.
