The ladies were very friendly, but the ice cream was not frozen enough, there was no point in getting it in a cone, it was... already melted in the cone before they handed it to me. The ice cream is good but not the consistency. Read more
It's good. They have abundant patience for as many mix-ins as my kids want. I recommend going for the smaller sizes. My eyes are... bigger than my stomach usually and I get too much. I would give it 5 stars if the mix-ins were fresher. Still very good though. Read more

Unfortunately, this was a horrible experience. The ice cream was, ?cream cream? not frozen at all. Staff said, ?sorry, we?re... busy? yet still charged almost $6.00 a scoop. When I asked to speak to a manager I was met with, ?uhhh, sorry. I said we arebusy and it?s hot?. I felt bad as this was a young, high school girl that had very little training in dealing with a foodquality issue. Buyer beware as it is a mgt problem, nothing else. Hopefully there is no real dairy in their product as it wasno where near cold and I watched several people walk out with cones in cups as the product couldn?t even hold its shape andleaked out of the cone upon service. Again, almost $6.00 a scoop with no regard to the problem will ensure there will be norepeat visits. Poor, first job, kids. I don?t blame them, just management. Loved the vibe and friendliness of the ladies working there. As a first timer they were patient as we explored the different... flavors and combinations. Being I am not a big ice-cream fan, I loved the variety of flavors they had. Will definitely be gongback for some more. Read more
