Waited 45 minutes for my food and they didn?t give me any silverware or condiments that I specifically asked for. No apology or... anything for the long wait. My wife and I wanted to grab a sandwich. Pulled in a 7:50 and noticed all the parking lot lites off, but a couple of cars... around. I mean it's not yet 8 on a Friday night. Nope lobby locked up so went to drivethru. Only thing they had was tenders. Ona Friday night. Both the chick Fil a and the zaxbys literally next door had cars lined around both buildings and lobby busy butthe kfc decides to not make food on a Friday night? Just seems an odd manager decision. Some thing went terribly wrong here! It took 25 minutes to get a chicken sandwich and a 2 piece combo. The staff did not even... realize that we were still waiting on food even though we were the only people left in the dining room. Went to pick up an order and instead of offering alternatives was told they had nothing to make the order. So no chicken, no... biscuits, no sweet tea. Just that the order had to be cancelled. They dont close for 2 more hours how do they not have notone thing. Read more
