My wife and I visited this Hardee's location this afternoon. We came inside the dining area to order and eat our food. Our order... was taken promptly and were given our order number. We received our cups and got our drinks. My wife had a seat at a table andthen the wait began. I stood up near the counter waiting for our order to be filled along with several other customers. As thetime went by customers started to give looks and murmuring of disgust for the amount of time it took to receive our orders. Iwas the last one standing up at the counter. After approximately 20 minutes of waiting one of their members announced part ofthe order "Hot Ham etc". I asked, is this order#.. and she looked in the bag and said yes. I took the food to my table andpulled it out and gave my wife hers which was a "Hot Ham". By the time I ate a few fries and opened my sandwich, I saw that mysandwich was wrong. I took my sandwich back to the counter and then the same member that gave me the food just wanted to arguewith me and causing a scene in front of other now waiting customers. There was no reasoning with this woman member. She thengave me another bag that was just filled and accused me of taking another person's food. There was just the one bag that wasgiven to me by the member when I asked is this order #.. I then got the correct food and then observed the same member point meout and bad mouth me to the customer that was supposed to have gotten the order that we initially received. The food ended upbeing poor quality and just luke warm. Needless to say, we threw most of it away. I would not recommend this Hardee's restaurantto anyone. If I could have given this store 0 stars, it still would have been too many! Read more
Hardee's usually has very good food. They are a bit pricey but let's face it everything is going up everywhere. I had a Frisco... Angus burger and it was really good. I like the Frisco burgers because it comes on a sourdough bread instead of a bun. It justmakes the burger better I think any ways. I hope if you go there you enjoy your food. Have a great day. Food was great, two steak biscuits, drive thru was quick and painless (except for the $$ part) but, hey they gotta make theirs... or no biscuits for you fatboy. Speaking of "The Biscuits" They were as good as any I've had anywhere. CHECK E'M OUT!!! Read more
This place is always so poorly ran. The people are all nice and mean well but it is pitiful. Make sure you only stop here if you... are not in a hurry. They do not get in a hurry theirselves. The food is good but the service is severely lacking. Read more
Only went to Hardee's for a milkshake. They were "out of milkshakes"....wtcrap??? Come on guys, you can't be out of milkshake... everyday. Other than that they are great. Read more
Spent 39.00 on food two nights ago and none of it was fresh the burgers had been cooked. The chicken was cold and I asked for no... salt on my potatoes and they had salt all over them. Food cost way too much for this to be acceptable. The inside of thisrestaurant is never clean behind the counters under the counters the fry station all completely nasty always.
