I will not eat here again. They do not know how to cook a burger. For the 5th time and after contacting the manager twice, I got... another under cooked burger with pink and I ordered well done. This is unacceptable and apparently is an issue at this location. Read more
Wow it?s been 10 plus years since my last visit to Chili?s. Just forgot about it I guess? Went with the kids after a lake day... and it was great. Great service great food! Kids loved the baby back ribs plain. I had the brisket quesadilla and sausage. The moon has the bacon ranch quesadilla . Exactly what you would expect. Awesome. This place was fast and fun for the tiredkids. Will start going back for sure! Read more
Waiter was great and very friendly. Our food and drinks came out pretty fast for dinner time. The only negative is mostly due to... certain food shortages right now for most restaurants, which took a small chunk out of the menu. But wait staff were rocking itand were tipped accordingly. We got there at 3:05 and put our name on the wait list. We were told it would be a 20-30 minute wait, we were seated at 3:48.... There were 4 different people who came and worked the door during that wait time!! It was extremely frustrating!!! Luckily,Rachel was our waitress, she took good care of us and the food was delicious! There seemed to be plenty of tables but not enoughwait staff. Whoever the manager is... they did not to a good job in this situation again, the wait was ridiculous! Read more
Restaurant is extremely understaffed. Party of 2 had 30 minute wait, after seated approx 1 and 1/2 food start to finished, had... an appetizer came after the meal was on the table. Both the sever and the manager were very nice , did receive a discount onthe appetizer. Based on the food it was good and to standard. Service was liking but understandable due to shortage of seversand cooks . Read more
Was a lot of empty tables for a Friday night. Even with that our drinks weren't refilled in a timely manner and when our food... arrived we still had not been given utensils to eat with. Had to ask twice. Then didn't receive napkins or condiments that wentwith our meal. Hopefully it was just a glitch in the system and will better the next time Read more
