I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit combination at the Lebanon,TN location. I walked in for a "to go" order, and the... order took a lot longer than expected. Drive-thru orders were being filled three times faster. The bacon, egg, and cheesebiscuit was VERY disappointing. Cheese was all over the wrapper, so only half of the cheese was in the biscuit. However, theworst part was the amount of bacon. There is more volume in a quarter than the amount of bacon in the sandwich. The prep cookshould be ashamed. I am writing this with mixed feelings. I absolutely love Chick-fil-A, I really do. But... I visited a couple days in a row this... past week for lunch and both days my order was missing items. One day, I can say ok, it happens and it has never happenedbefore. Two days and I'm like what's going on?? The food is great, the staff are always so friendly and I've always said fastfood owners should take note of the efficiency of the drive-thru. Today was the second time I ordered a pick up 2 days in advance- pick up 30 biscuits at 7:30am to be at work by 8 for the break.... It wasn't ready-same as the first time. The mgr avoided eye contact with me until I asked whats going on. Oh they were baggingit up- 7:50 am I get my order spent $120.00 and not one single napkin. Straighten up Lebanon tn Chick Fil A!!!!!! The most consistent fast-food option ???? Quality and service always 10 of 10! And never once a mistake in my order. Ordering... thru the app is the only way to go. My most recent visit, I got a free sandwich & free waffle fries & a free shake! Not frompoints earned on purchases but reward items either just randomly sent to me or earned by answering survey questions. Blown away by the drive through service. This was my first time experiencing Chick-fil-A in person. I ordered the larger nugget... combo. I was disappointed at what I recieved. I will let the picture speak for me. It's never good when the side overshadows theentre. That's ehat constitutes 12 nuggets. Shame on you chicken man. Read more
Great intake, pleasant employee, rapid transition to order pickup, then a 20 minute wait while everyone behind me in line was... served. Asked twice about order, however, no one approached me to ask why I was still sitting there. Finally I walked back tothe window after noticing them searching the order screen. I got a ?Sorry, we?re real busy?. They said they had not lost theorder, despite clearing doing so. Ultimately got the food. Problems occasionally occur, but there is a way to limit the angst,they just need to be instructed on how to do so. Order was a chick-filet meal and a coke.
