The hostess and waitress were amazingly attentive and the steak was perfect! You know a good steak because it doesn't need sauce... and this was the best I've had in years. This place used to be good. Took my best friend to dinner for her birthday and at first it was ok got a table inside but it was... so hot inside that we asked to sit outside. She hostess said it would be a wait so we said that's fine. After that she had anattitude and was very unprofessional. We sat at the bar for an hour before we asked how much longer the wait was and she said wewere next. Another 30 minutes or more goes by so we asked another girl about it because other people were being seated and wewere still waiting. She told us that the high top tables were first come first serve! The hostess NEVER told us that! We couldhave been at a table a long time ago if we had been told that to begin with. We finally sat down and got to order and theservers were just plan rude, no apologies or anything. My friend ordered an appetizer and didn't get it until we were done withour dinner. Again no apologies or anything just acted like everything we did was an inconvenience to her. The food was good andthe Bar tender was the only hospitable one out of the whole place. Our experience was awful from start to finish. We had been seated inside and it was SO hot in there, so we asked to be seated... outside. That was an inconvenience to the hostess,but she took our name and number down and said it would be a 30 minute wait.We went to check on our table about 45 minutes later. To which the hostess response was ? well I can?t just make people leave.You?ll be next. ? okay. We wait another 30 minutes before finally asking someone if we could just pick a table and go sit.Someone finally let us know that the seating outside was first come, first serve at the high tables. That would have been goodto know in the first place. We pick a table and we sit for another 20 minutes before even being brought a menu. Mind you, thehostess STILL has not bothered to call us about a table being available. This doesn?t matter now that we found one on our own.The waitress was RUDE. Nothing kind what-so-ever. We got our meals before we got our appetizer. Which, our appetizer, was coldpeel and eat shrimp? so we asked her where is our appetizer. She says, ? oh you still want that?? Uhm.. yes we ordered it 40minutes ago. The only good thing about this place was the food. So kudos to the awesome chefs in the kitchen. Also, thebartenders were AMAZING. We were there for a total of 3 hours and only 20 minutes of that was us actually getting ourmeals. Really not sure what the hype is about this place. But don?t expect to be treated kindly. This restaurant would have gotten a much higher rating if the staff wasn't so rude and unprepared. I had a birthday dinner for... my family and I politely asked for a sweet tea refill. I got literally told (like a child) to "Go sit down and they will come toyou!" by a heavyset blonde waitress. I've never been here in my life and they disrespected a 32 year old man like this? We used to come here for all the celebrations... Unfortunately never again. Their menu has shrunk to barely any options, most... being frozen that they heat up, or premade items. And the prices... While I understand inflation has everything going up, forthe quality of food to be so poor and the prices to be so high, is absurd. The steak had so much grissle that it was barelyedible. For a $23 steak, and knowing the quality they used to offer, I was expecting much better. They no longer have theirrolls. Their salads aren't what they used to be. The ranch dressing was definitely not the same! The chicken sandwich wasimpossible to eat because the bun was completely soaked and you couldn't even pick it up. The vegetable medley was still coldand frozen in the middle. And the kid's meal was $8 for a pack of easy mac. So disappointing to pay almost $100 and to have suchpoor food quality. Read more

First time here. Place was a bit confusing as to where the entrance doors were. We had the catfish, a steak and shrimp Alfredo.... All okay. Not bad but nothing to rave about. Our server, Dawn, though was excellent, very patient and very helpful. Not sureabout returning?.might come back for drinks on the patio as that looked like it might be fun. We called the restaurant to see if they had recently renovated due to our last visit a few years ago was dirty and the food was... terrible. They said it had been renovated, so we went and it didn't look any different from the last time and the food wasn'tany better. We were informed upon entry that Saturdays they have a limited menu due to they have bands on Saturdays. A couplebehind us left but we stayed due to we were celebrating a birthday and didn't want to try to find another place, even thoughthere were only three of us. We were seated and our server told us they were out of two of the few items they offered thatnight, so there wasn't much of a selection to select from. Long story short, the server was nice but the restaurant food andcleanliness wasn't good at all. We would not recommend this restaurant for various reasons. It's a shame.....Years ago, thisused to be a really nice restaurant and it had great food and was known for their great steaks. Now it's run down, uncleanand has cheap tables an chairs that look and feel to be extremely old. So disappointing to see a "Once Wonderful Restaurant"to be so bad now. Read more
