Would give 0 stars give this location countless chances being so close to home tonight while driving off wife was checking food... as usual and noticed a cheeseburger was missing pulled to door it was locked tried to call and employees countless ignored mineand my wifes call i went back to the door after banging on door employee at counter points me to walk to drive thru window withother customers pulled up to window i asked to get the burger that was missing i received the burger i went home just to findout burger was wrong dont recommend Read more
They did a nice job over a very busy lunch. Clean and well maintained. Food was perfect.
I understand short staff, low on products, having to have drive through open only. These are the times we?re living in. Nothing... against this place or their workers here at this location because it?s all mainly out of their hands. This review is 100%towards Burger King as a company. You need to just get rid of your so called Royal perks app. This is the 4th time-with plentyof time in between-to try to use the coupons and or royal points and IT DOES NOTTT work!! Sooo annoying to wait in your longdrive through line, place an order and to wait again until you get to the window and the staff cannot get the codes to work.This is something that if your offering it- then you need to honor it. This was my last try BK I think you?ve been around longenough and you were not born last night- get it together or do not offer the coupons/ discounts on the app! This place is awful. It is near work so I find myself occasionally trying to find a meal in a pinch. Last week, I sat at the... drive through window at 7:00 pm with 9 vehicles waiting behind me while I waited ?just a moment? for a timed 12 minutes andnever again heard from the window attendant but had to just drive off. Again, this morning while the signs say 6:00 am, anemployee sat behind the register and watched as I tried to open the door. Definitely not good for business, and lost mine. Read more
I wish I could give negative Stars. I waited a long time in a slow drive through. Then after receiving the wrong food I went and... knocked on the door to see if I can get my order fixed and they come to the door and talk to me but would not bring my food tothe door said I had to go through the drive-thru line again because the dining room was closed. They can come and talk to you atthe door but can't come and bring you your food at the door. One employee stood there laughing at me. I guess she thought itwas funny. Then when they brought my food to the window they were angry and yelling at me like it was my fault that they messedup my food. It was ridiculous very disrespectful and uncalled for. When I received the correct food it was cold.I fed the coldfood to my dog because I didn't want to eat a spit burger. Read more
