Went to drive thru at 8:00pm four hours before close! Lights were off. And they said they were closed do to being short staffed.... Although five or six employees were obviously in view just hanging out and eating. This happens very frequently at thislocation. Read more
The food is good, but only if you can order it. I have been coming here for a few years now and the crew has sadly degraded to... the point where they will be at work but they will hide somewhere in the back and will not take a order until around lunch time.For example this morning: I pulled up there at 7:20, a good amount of cars in the parking lot with no one in them. I waited foralmost 10 minutes with no one to take my order. I even tried to call the store and I think they disconnected their phone??? Theonly reason why I gave it a 2 star and not a 1 star is because I know the manager is trying his best. I will never understand how following a customer?s order can be so hard. I asked for Whopper no cheese, I got cheese. Asked... for lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, I got NO lettuce, no onions, no pickles. And you want $15 an hour? Get real. If youcan?t get a simple order correct, this may not be the job for you. This Burger King is not the best in the chain. I only come here when I have my car in one of the many shops nearby. I have only... gotten breakfast at this location. The food is always hot and fresh. Apparently this location doubles as the homeless shelter,as there always seems to be about a dozen homeless looking people with backpacks loitering around in all the booths. The diningroom is fairly clean, I would say about average. Read more
