This is my first time visiting Bojangles. I ordered chicken tenders, biscuits, mashed potatoes & gravy, and dirty rice. The... taste of all food ordered is excellent and distinctly different versus the competition. I will frequent this location becausethe staff is friendly and hard working. Saturday 22Oct?s morning shift looked lost in all ways. Didn?t seem like there was much lead from Rebecca (I?m guessing shift... lead or manager). You could feel she and the rest of team didn?t want to be there. The team ran out of biscuits and put our foodon buns which is what it is, but not being asked about what we wanted to do was a bit annoying. 3 customers walked out beforethe announcement of no biscuits. Watching the team pack the meals was a chaotic mess. The communication between the team seemedto be lacking because one would pack some Bo-rounds and the next would come over and pack different bo-rounds for the same orderduplicating work. A mobile order pickup came in and wasn?t ready she was told it would be at least 15 more minutes - the ladyleft without the food but the team continued to work on that order because it wasn?t communicated that she had left. Anotherlady came in from the drive-thru and said that someone told her to pull up and they?d bring her Bo-berry biscuits out but shehad been waiting for 15 minutes. The worker apologized and said she had forgotten she was out there. We were able to observe allthese things because our order took about 30 minutes. Wanted to eat here. My wife and I were on the road for hours. Sign on the window said come on in. Well door was all locked up.... Apparently they did not want our business! Dining room was closed. Not very welcoming to customers from out of state. Luckyfor us. The other location dining room was open and welcoming customers. Said. Wouldn't be this way. If they had locations inNorthern Illinois. Chicken was just okay. Coleslaw and mashed potatoes were great (even though they only had breakfast gravy.) Biscuits were... DELICIOUS! No green beans. (The clerk said they have been out of them for weeks!) Staff was FRIENDLY. Bathroom smelled. Lovedthe music playing! Read more
This has become my regular breakfast spot when eating out. I've been in a bunch over the past year. Their dining room has been... consistently open when everyone else's has been closed. Biscuits are always fresh and on point. The hash browns are alwaysperfect and hot. The service is always friendly and fast. Read more
I stopped in to get the banana and chocolate fried pie. Last time I was in this same BoJangles and bought 2 of them, when I got... to the window they told me an order had 2 of the fried press in it and it was about 3.50. This trip the girl on the mic told methere was only 1 per order and said the price for 2 was over 5.00, I argued with her, she told me to come to the window. Thenthe gutless wonder had a young man serving me. I told him they needed better training and needed to get their prices on theboard changed if they were going to charge more. That poor young man had tears running down his face. I told him not to beupset, I was not upset with him but I was upset at their lost training and how the woman treated me. I left there feeling likethat woman was overcharging and pocketing it. This BoJangle needs to hire and train better!! Read more

I loved the chicken biscuit with pimento cheese so much that I went back to get it again a couple of days later. Hashrounds were... great, but there was a hair in my sandwich. Food is pretty good for the price, but cleanliness is questionable- you get what youpay for. Read more
