Restaurant was extremely filthy like they hadn't cleaned the dining area in hours and the drink station was even worse. Waited... 45 minutes for our pizza and customers that ordered after us received their pizzas 15 minutes before us. No explanation ordiscount for the wait. I went to the counter twice asking where our pizza was at and was told it would be a couple minuteslonger each time. Crust was very flat as well. Something was way off at this location today and dissapointing that we drove ahalf hour just to come here and eat as it was a ice place to come in the past. We passed many other pizza shops along the wayto make this special trip and now not sure if/when we will return because of issues noted above tonight. Read more

We first had to wait 30 minutes for our pepperoni pizza and dessert pizza. The restaurant was empty with 4 staff members... present. Once the food was brought to our table it was delivered on a card board pizza board. Our pizza was dripping in greaseand the dessert pizza looked unappetizing. Awesome place for pizza and subs. The pizza had very fresh ingredients and the large pizza was bigger than what you would get at... the chain pizza places. Friendly staff and a great restaurant for your family dining experience. I will be back to try more menuitems. Read more

They put a coupon with local football team and unless you order a specific specialty pizza you can?t use the coupon. I just... spent my last $75 in this place. Ownership and management do not empower their leaders to make any judgement. The manager wasindifferent that I won?t be back. I own my own business and I train my leaders how to keep customers. We went here on a whim ? my husband was craving pizza that wasn?t from Pizza Hut, Domino?s, etc. We?ve never had Bellacino?s so... we didn?t know what to expect, but were definitely happy! The kitchen has an open floor plan, you can watch them make your foodand it keeps it visible and honest. The booths are roomy and if you need extra room ( I did because I?m pregnant ), you can movethe table of the booth to give one side more space. He ordered a custom ( toppings under cheese ), and I ordered their chickenAlfredo specialty pizza. These were the smallest sizes, similar to that of a personal pan. Super good, fresh, and cheesy! Thecrust was perfect. We split their garlic cheesy bread. Next time, we?ll try the grinders. The price came out to about $28 withtip and no discounts for us to have a personal pizza each, the bread, and two 22oz drinks. Read more

When I called in my order, there was issue with my card going thru, mind you it was my fault as I misread the exp date, the girl... was very patient and kind as it eventually was successful! One of the best pizza I had , breads were fresh , cheese tastes awesome and delicious. We ordered for pickup close to their... closing time. It was seemless , service was quick, staff was nice, condiments were self served both dine in or take out. Crushedpepper tastes good. We ordered veggie pizza, cheese pizza , cheese stick , Parmesan bread. Their side marinara sauce tastedexcellent and fresh. We all liked the veg pizza and it?s cheese. Cheese stick is runner up. Both pizza you won?t getdisappointed. Location is right on exit next to gas station. Store is mid size and clean. Will definitely recommend this storeto all. Read more
