Food might be good but the way they treat their workers doesn't make up for it. One of the workers I know was deeply sick with a... viral infection. The boss tried to guilt trip them into coming. A Boss who actually CARES about their staff wouldn't do that.This isn't the only time either from what I seen and heard from workers. If you wanna support a small business, support one witha good boss, not a tyrant one. Read more

I?ve been a customer of this restaurant for several years and have never had a negative experience, the food is usually always... great. Today however I called to place an order, which is advertised online as a pick up method. I typically order online butwas unable to do so on three different phones the website kept stating ?page unavailable?. I called and asked to order for pickup. I was told only bagels could be ordered over the phone, if I wanted sandwiches or other items I?d have to order online. Ilet them know the I was unable to order online and was put on a brief hold. A woman answered following the hold and explainedthe same thing.I let her know the error message we had been receiving. She was extremely rude, stated she could not take myorder over the phone, only online and stated ? I don?t know what to tell you, I have order tickets printing right now.? It wasextremely rude and dismissive. I had only wanted to make them aware of the issue and was not in any way upset for needing tophone in an order, however when you can?t even be kind when your restaurant is having the issue you have lost my business. Food is delicious. Customer service is lacking. For 2 years I've been able to place my order online and either pick up through... the drive through or call and have someone bring it to me car. Today I was told, with a glare, that I had to park and comeinside because "that's how online and door dash orders work." No apology, no acknowledgment that this is a change, zerofriendliness.
