I ordered delivery.. when the food finally arrived it was cold and the cheese/pepperoni was off the pizza and all piled on one... side of the box like it was tipped over during the drive. They forgot to put garlic and oil on the garlic knots they were breadrocks instead. I have never had a experience like this before from Italian village super disappointed Read more

The food was okay not as good as I remembered but I was very uncomfortable sitting in the car while my husband went in to get... our dinner because a drug deal literally happened right in front of me Read more

Have been there a few times this year for pickup. Very hard to talk to the people over the phone not sure if it?s the phone or... them. Other than a mess up or two their chicken bacon ranch pizza is one of the best I?ve had. I would recommend ordering inperson to avoid getting the wrong items. Read more

I've certainly given thought about Italian Village Pizza and it's not just that but so much more than! The inhouse dining is... absolutely fantastic and that's just describing the staff. When you're there for a sitdown dinner don't underestimate whatyou're reading on the menu because it's way more than what you expected. Everything that we have had to date is way beyondexpectations. The portions are exactly what any individual would and should expect and really authentic cuisine along with theperfect prices. I live about twenty minutes away from them so as I'm travelling about halfway there I call my order in and thisis nearly every Sunday around 11AM I order an extra large pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni and they say it'll be about 20minutes, however upon arrival I find out that they have already taken it out of the oven or it's a few minutes away from beingcompletely down and for an extra large you can't beat that price of around $20.00 and I always throw into the tip jar another $3or $4 dollars for the appreciation of one of the finest pizzas in all of Lebanon County Pennsylvania. And believe it or not theway I handle it, covering it up well insulated it stays hot and fresh once it lands on the dinner table. Of course there's halfa dozen left over pieces so they'll go into the refrigerator and when you feel like a slice or two, you just pop them into yourtoaster oven for about 5 to 6 minutes and they're as good quality as when you purchased it in the first place. So go giveItalian Village Pizza a try cause I can guarantee you can't go wrong! Read more

Very disappointing! The food overall was mediocre to bad. The bread and garlic knots were dry and bland, the salad was... flavorless white lettuce with a few tomatoes and onion slices. The worst part was the carbonara pasta, which was dry scrambledeggs with an oily grease but no creamy sauce like it?s supposed to have. Way over priced for a terrible meal! They also messedup the order and forgot bread for the other pasta dinners. My memories of this place must be skewed or they?re gone drasticallydownhill. I will not eat here again! Read more
