Great little cafe with a cozy little atmosphere. Menu is focused on soup, salad, sandwiches and pizza. The pizza is really good.... The quiche is also delicious. If you have picky kids the menu may be a little limiting. If it?s cold out, you may want to keepyou coat on if you are sitting near the door. Read more

I have been a customer for years however since the owner is not there very often on a Friday I suggest you go elsewhere on... Friday. Starting at noon on Friday the employees take the phone off the hook or switch it to voicemail so no carryout orders canbe ordered. So I went to the restaurant to order carryout grilled Caesar salad and waited 10 minutes to place the order. Iasked to have the lettuce tossed in the dressing and was told they're too busy for that. There were two open tables and no onewaiting to be seated. They carry on as if they're totally overwhelmed with the few customers they had. I guess it's the samestory they can't find experienced people who can be courteous and handle a little bit of a rush. Read more
Was in town visiting my mother and picked up some take out. I live in the South so I would have liked a bit more seasoning on my... blackened grouper but it was still delicious. The BEST quiche in Lebanon county is from Cafe Panache! Last Thursday the quiche feature had broccoli, Gruyère cheese, & bacon... in it, and was served with a side salad. SO. GOOD. EVERY. TIME. If haven?t already, absolutely check out Cafe Panache for adelicious meal! Read more
My favorite little cafe! They serve the best cappuccinos. The veggie omelette and breakfast pizza are my two favorites.
Best Eggs Benedict I've ever had; This is my favorite breakfast item, and you can tell when the Hollandais sauce is quick mix... "fake", which is certainly not the case here. All of the food here is made to a much higher standard than anywhere else in thevicinity. I highly recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family, as well as anyone passing through. Lucky to have asmall local establishment that puts heart and soul into their menu... Unlike the glorified hospital food, I see so often. Thehostess, Chelsea, is extremely friendly and attentive as well. Easy to miss this place, hard to forget it. Read more
