While the whole Shari's franchise is slowly declining towards irrelevancy, this store is particularly bad. All Shari's are... serving half the food for double the price of 3 years ago. But the Lebanon Shari's can't even order correctly. They areconstantly out of items (and it's not because they are too busy), they do not have specialty items for a week after those itemsare on their menu, and they consistently only have 3 or 4 of the 10+ pies on their menu. The only reason I did not give 1 staris because the wait staff is fantastic. They are prompt and kind, and always apologize for the management not being able to keeptheir menu complete. Unfortunately, the same management who can't order enough food for their restaurant must treat the staffpretty badly and/or not pay them what they are worth, because they are *always* understaffed. I mean, I've seen this restaurantat 90% capacity with 2 waitresses having to run everything. Whoever owns this franchise obviously thinks it's "passive" income,and it shows. Don't contribute to it. This place is incredible! The waiter was awesome and the nicest person alive. He went above and beyond his duties as a waiter.... We got our food quickly and we were taken care of. Great service! You must get the ceaser salad. Read more
Went out for breakfast with my son and grandma. The food was hot and cooked well. Our server was amazing not only with our... orders but with us. She made jokes and checked on us to make sure everything was right with our food and drinks. I'm very happywith our experience. Read more
I've come here a few times and I used to enjoy the food quite a bit, but lately it doesn't taste great. This time, I waited at... least 15 minutes for JUST fries, nothing else, and they were way overcooked when I got them. Might not come back again. Read more
Always great quality at all sheris i go to. I always love the pies here and i always enjoy the food i order. The lemon meringue... pie is truly a must try. This time i had fish and chips :) very good all together. :) Read more
Ordered a few things for myself and my boyfriend. Havnt been to sharis in a while and i normally go to the one in Salem. Wanted... to try this one and i wish i did not. Ordered a hot chocolate and it tasted like water with a small hint of chocolate. Smallportion on the hash brown extremely extremely crispy the portion of the chicken fried steak was about the size of a hamburger.very disappointing. French toast is way overcooked the chicken strips were soggy and it flour cooked on the outside tastedabsolutely horrible. The sour cream i didnt even touch because it was like a plastic coat over it and really warm. The servicewas fine due to them being busy I understand that portion. Ordered curbside. Eggs Benedict was sensational - Very skimpy on the hash browns. French toast was burnt and not very good. I... saved the pancakes for later. The manager Kevin was a nice dude. Some employees had masks on - others did not. Read more
